I found this particular location online almost two years ago, and I chose it because it was the least expensive by quite a bit and the same distance away as anything else in the lower price range. Yolanda and everybody else who has helped me has been wonderful, and the grounds and units are very well maintained. As luck would have it, I ended up moving to this same city over a year ago due to getting a -- gulp-I-mean-yeah! -- job which didnt work out. The storage unit did though! Especially last Friday when I suddenly remembered it was the last day to pay my rental fee. It was 5pm, and I ran into so much traffic on Ramona that I feared I would nevre make the 6pm deadline (and incur a $25 late fee -- NOOO!). I started praying and then called Yolanda who gave me directions for the shortcut. She told me to call her when I was at the corner and she would wait for me. But I made it with 1min,46sec to spare! I would never have made it if Yolanda had not given me perfect directions for the shortcut, thus avoiding multiple stoplights and the heavier traffic on Ramona and Francisquito! Lets hear it for Yolanda! Hip-Hip-Hooray!

I love the people I deal with at Public Storage. The property Manager Yolanda is always such a great help. I have been a tenant there for over a year now and I have never had any problems. She is always very nice and polite and treats me like she has known me for years. Shes awesome. I just recently moved from a smaller storage unit to a bigger storage unit and Esmeralda was also great. She helped me with my move in finding a unit that would suit my needs and later even helped me when I couldnt get my lock off my new unit because it was too small. She was also super nice and friendly. I love the girls that work at this location. I have thought of moving in trying to find something cheaper, but what keeps me there are these great girls. They are really funny too.

I had a family emergency and needed storage for a low price ASAP. Found this location and reserved a unit online. They had the best deal and it was pretty easy to reserve. A woman named Laura called me after I made my reservation to see if I had any questions. She then made an appointment for me to come in and see the unit. She even gave me directions as this location is kind of tricky to get to. My appointment was with Darlene who showed me around and was also beyond helpful. I am giving them 5 stars because they even called me recently to remind me that my payment will be due soon and that I can always pay online. The ladies here really know how to treat customers and I am telling everyone to store here!

My review is long overdue, as this is my second month of storage with the Baldwin Park Public Storage facility. First and foremost the staff, Vicki, Yolanda and Esmeralda are beyond phenomenal! During our search for storage they were extremely helpful in getting us the right information needed to make an informed decision. They all went above and beyond what was expected. As I thought this may have been only first time politeness, it turns out that this is the customer service thats rendered by these three super stars! What ever questions, needs they are right on the spot If you need storage go to Baldwin Park

Yolanda and Vikki are amazing. Great personalities and really know how to treat a guest. I went in today (Feb 22nd) after not having been there in months, and was remembered immediately by Yolanda and introduced to Vikki. The customer service here provided by them was second to none. The facilities are always clean and I always feel welcomed here by all staff members. Even though I saw a few things broken/missing,I brought them up to Yolanda attention and she was already aware of them and in the process of fixing them. I feel like accumulating more junk just so I have a reason to store it here. Great place.

I googled the nearest Public Storage because I had to move fairly quickly, I automatically put in a request to hold a space and Yolanda called me back the very next day, her personality and attitude was outstanding. When I finally got to the public storage to handle everything Esmeralda is one of the most helpful and down to earth people I have ever met. She had all the answers to my questions and knew how to explain everything fluently. Her personality and assistance was great. The team and overall experience with this Public Storage has been amazing so far!

Came In To Gets Some Quotes, And Met Liz And Juliana, They Are The Best.!! Wasnt Sure What Size Storage I Needed And They Helped Me Get One Big Enough For My Stuff. They Answered All My Question And Concerns. I Ended Up Getting One Right There And Then, They Had Really Low Prices Compare To The Other Storage Places. Its Very Convenient Since I Live Close By, They Also Have Security Systems, Which Is Great, I Dont Want My Stuff To Be Stolen. The Place Is Kept Clean, And Its Easy To Get In And Out With Their Security Codes Systems. Very Convenient.

From making my reservation online to the the call from Juliana confirming my reservation and setting up our appointment time everything was handled quickly and professionally. The real joy was showing up on the property to meet Lizz. She literally brought a smile to my face and brightened my day. She made moving all my stuff into the storage super easy and enjoyable. I was in and out in 15 minuets to make my decision to use this facility, signing up and making my first payment. I would highly recommend using this business.

Made my reservation online and had a very courteous follow up call from Jairo so that I could come in and check out the space before any final decisions. I showed up for my appt. and Jairo was ready and waiting with my reservation. Facility was clean and had suggestions on better options for my storage needs. They were able to explain billing cycles so that I may better understand before agreeing to the rental. Thank You!

Fairly happy with my deal, except assuming the access hours to be 6 to 9 as advertised on Public Storage website instead of 6 to 6 at this facility. This limits my window of using the facility down to 2 hours in the morning and weekends. I hope they can broaden the access time to 9 like some other Public Storages. If I have to get something before 6 in the afternoon, theres crazy traffic to fight just to get there.

Just purchased a storage unit and Nathaniel was absolutely amazing, he was very profession and pt with me with all my questions and very patient!! Also his supervisor Daniel was absolutely incredible I had to reschedule my appt and accommodated me on my time!!! Made me feel very comfortable doing buisness with them!!! I highly recommend it, Great employees are hard to find and these to gentleman need a raise!!!!

Thank you Darlene for your help in setting up the storage unit. I came into town and within an hour, I had a storage unit and was unloading. The friendly and courteous staff at this location was a plus. The lot is clean, trash free, and well maintained. The entry codes are easy to use. The only negative would be the hours. The lot closes at 6pm so make sure you are out by then.
