Both good and bad for this location. Site has good vehicle access as all units are ground level. Gate hours are limited, closes at dusk (often before). Access may open late if caretaker is not on time in the morning. Often no one available in the office (out for lunch?) for extended periods. Poor security, Motion sensing alarm system has not worked in years and the broken sensors are obvious to the criminal types. The only camera is one covering the office interior. No other camera coverage. Staff will not assist with police reports in fact they left when the police arrived so as to not have to provide any information when there are multiple break ins. When storage break-ins occurred, I was notified via postcard that I needed to replace a lock leaving the unit unlocked for multiple days. As a note, the facility had great customer service years ago when I first stored items for long term, but it seems they switched franchise owners while I was deployed. Pricing goes up regularly every year without any site improvements.

ok I was at storage on nov 8, 14 and I was looking at one of the storage unit and I mention it was larger than the one I have and Adrian let me see the unit and was very kind to tell me to go see Jeanette and she was so very helpful helping me transfer to a new and bigger storage until she was so so kind to explain how its works to transfer to other until . And just was so very kind to me . U really need more employees like Jeanette and Adrian . Most of all Jeanette has always been very kind and always gives u information and is very helpful thank u all so much and for have the best employee in the area . Thank u Teresa G

Jeanette at public storage 26331, 4400 Ramona Blvd, Monterey park Is the most amazing representative for public storage, she went above and beyond my expectations, helped me with my very first storage rental, Ive heard horror stories and have seen my friends go through them so I was very anxious about renting, Jeanette was completely welcoming, she walked me step by step on the process and helped be rent a space unit that was in my price range and perfect size for what I need. Update: came back today to close my spot and Jeanette was there to help me. Even though it was very busy, she was able to process my check out efficiently. She is an amazing multitasker and very nice. I will definitely come back for my future storage needs. Jeanette was super friendly and professional and set us up with a great space. The facilities are spacious and clean, nice wide driveway access and convenient to the freeway. So glad to have found this spot!

Jeanette was extremely helpful and answered all of my concerns honestly and satisfactorily. She even took me to an old left behind unit (abandoned by its owner and now left for auction) to demonstrate to me the conditions of pictures and paper left there in response to my concerns about leaving my pictures in storage. This place is awesome! I just needed a small unit to free up a bit more space in our garage and this worked out ideal. The location is right next to the freeway, very clean, quiet, can pull rt up to my unit and the property manger/assistance there is great (Jeanette is very efficient and super nice)
