I do not like it when people drone on and on about bad experiences in reviews so I just want to give you the straight forward information and you can decide for yourself. I have posted pictures with captions to explain each. On January 9, 2017, I went to my storage unit for the first time since September 2016 and discovered that my unit and about 5 to 6 others were broken into by a person that was living in one of the units at this location. The wire mesh they use on the tops of the units had been ripped away allowing the person to climb in and take whatever he wanted. This was told to me by Dawn, the front desk clerk, and when I asked her why I was not notified, she said "we did not want to cause panic". Dawn is a nice girl and I am not writing to disparage her; however, them not notifying the tenants lead to me paying for a unit for 4 solid months that had been vandalized. I contacted the district manager, Andrew, asking for a refund from October through January, and he told me "you cant prove it happened in October". I was a bit stunned because even if it didnt happen in October when they admit many units were broken into, I would think they would have had some clue as to when it happened because they are supposed to perform security walks and check the tops of the units routinely (something else Dawn had said). He then said he would call me back, but did not. I then contacted the regional manager, Kathleen Jarnagin. I explained the situation to her, and told her that I wanted a refund from October through January, to which she gave me the run around citing contractual agreements that she believed took all responsibility off of Public Storage. The most they offered was to give me a refund for January in return for me signing a release not to take them to court. It was a terrible offer to which I declined. This whole situation occurred due to negligence allowing someone to live in a unit and be locked in at night with freedom to roam and break in to any unit they liked. Public Storage has cut feeds to most of the cameras with vantage points that view any of the units at this location, which you can see on a flat screen in the office, they have cut the security sensors on all the doors of the units, and do not fulfill any obligation to do minimal checks to be aware of break ins. Even after I became aware of the break in, it was 2 solid weeks and me having to reach the regional manager before they "repaired" the top of my unit even though Dawn said they would reach me to have it done when I asked on January 9th. They didnt secure the unit at all, and it was still pretty much open after they did their "work" on it. Like I said, I have told you the facts. This place doesnt want anyone to know that this happened for obvious reasons. I would have also reviewed it with about 4 stars had I not been aware of this secret they are keeping. I, unfortunately, had to move my things out quickly after 15 months of storage with Public Storage.

This is a well run place. I reserved a room online and went in today to pick up my keys. I was greeted by Bryan, who I had already been in contact with via phone. He was incredibly helpful and professional. I almost felt like I was hanging out with a friend, jokes included. After reviewing my room, I noticed that it may be a bit small for my storage needs. Bryan quickly ran through some other options and actually winded up helping me find an even better unit for less money! Ask for this dude, hes on point. Anyway, the whole experience was painless and I was out of there in no time. Customer service gets two thumbs up.

I think, by far, the thing that makes this storage place the best is the manager, Teresa. She is wonderful! Not only did we get a good rate, but she was so helpful and friendly and went out of her way to make sure we were happy with our storage stay. She is by far an outstanding professional in every sense of the word. I wish all companies had people like her. I cant begin to say enough that would do her justice. Trust me, if you are looking for a storage place and want someone to work with to figure out your needs, this is the place and Teresa is the one to do it with! Five stars! ***** Go Teresa!!!

I went to this location and spoke with Vanesa who was very helpful and knowledgeable of the units that would best work for me. After deciding on the unit I wanted I was informed the elevator was broken and could not lift all of my things up the stairs. Vanessa took her time to call around to several units and check pricing to make sure what I wanted was found and within my rental budget. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and her efforts were appreciated greatly!

I came in to ask questions about storing my moms junk and Patty was able to answer all my questions.My Mom is a hoarder and I explained that to Patty. She said she can relate because her Grandmother is too but is in denial! I dont plan on moving her things till June but Patty answered all my questions.Personally Patty is in the wrong business,she should be a comedian because she had me dying in laughter! Thanks for having great people like her on your team,Great customer service!

I really have a problem with this place. Their website doesnt work to pay my bill and when you try to call to pay over the phone they try to charge you 20 bucks to talk yo a real person so the only option is to come in and pay, if you work 730-6 like I do they are closed so long story short I got charged a late payment fee because of THEIR incompetence the only redeeming thing was the people working the desk were very happy and polite to take my money

What a fabulous storage experience! I reserved a room and was immediately called by Bryan who answered all my questions. I went in to sign the papers and pack my storage room less than an hour later. Bryan walked me through everything swiftly (I had told him I was in a time crunch and he worked with me on it!), he was professional and threw in a few chuckles!! I will definitely be using this storage facility for a long time! Thanks Bryan! :)

This is such a great place! Sonya helped me out and gave me great advise. I have never rented a storage unit and I was a little skeptical but Sonya was able to answer all my questions and recommend the right unit for me. She greats you by name and makes you feel right at home. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants a more personal experience and doesnt want to be just another number.
