Rigo was awesome and answered all of our questions. We were in and out within 15 minutes. Update: We ended up renting the unit for 3 months and the light bulb in the unit was shot from day 1. Rigo promised to take care of it, never happened. Followed up with him three separate times, was told numerous excuses each time about maintenance workers coming to fix etc. Exit gate always broken and yellow-taped. Walls were cheaply built and broken as well, you could actually see our stuff from outside! Anyone could have easily break the wall to get into our unit

Ive had my storage there since december and everyone working there is really cool, but in particular i want to thank Rigo he is way polite, respectful, and very determined to make sure if im satisfied with my storage space, if i need more or less room every time i see him. Its the reason ive been comforrable leaving my stuff there.

the staff here are very polite and helpful people especially compared to other storage facilities, the desk guy Rigo is always polite and never rude. The facility is always kept and clean. I have held my stuff at many storage facilities and this one is by far the best.

Decent rates but poorly maintained. No light in units. Only one of the gates works. Units walls are broken and accessible easily from mid passages. Service is very good.
