BEST STORAGE FACILITY AND EMPLOYEES EVVVVAAAAA!!!!! Shout out and massive gratitude to Renee & Jared specifically!!! Im going to do my best to express in words just how accommodating, wonderful, patient, nice, awesome, and helpful my overall experience was and those two people really are! My roommate and I have been unintentional nomads after our lease ended and we couldnt find a place to move into next! we moved a whole 2 bedroom worth of belongings! ESPECIALLY JARED AND RENEE! My roommate did the initial set up and they hooked him up with the 1$ a month deal and he just told me how freaking awesome they were as people. when i met jared i was in complete agreement. THE MAN IS FREAKING AWESOME! When we arrived they helped us figure out how to get my 6x12 u-haul trailer and car in the lot, as it was later in the day they were cool with us taking up the majority of the lot, they hooked us up with a cart, Jared legit STOPPED TRAFFIC on the busy ventura court road so my big ass toyota could maneuver into the lot (HELLO!?!?! WHO DOES THAT?!?!?). They just overall kept finding ways to make our lives easier, answered any and all questions and actually offered up things we didnt even know were available to us, and they just also seem like cool people youd wanna have a beer with cause they are just, like... NICE! also, at the other people using the unit were great and a man even helped me detach the hitch to my car, CARRY IT TO THE STREET with my boyfriend and reattached it after we had gotten successfully out of the lot! I RARELY write reviews but if you want to go to a place (and have never really used storage like my roomie and i) and you want a great experience where people are kind and accommodate and FIND WAYS TO SAVE YOU MONEY (not jip you) then THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! Our move was truly made easier because of this place! Infinite gratitude and appreciation to this establishment and the people who work there! ps - we were on the 1st floor, in a HUGE storage unit with WIDE HALLS so less trying to turn couches and chairs to get in building! - we could truly not be happier!!

I had to move into a storage unit yesterday, and I had a wonderful experience with this facility. I have to say a HUGE thanks to both Jared and Renee for their amazing help with getting me a storage unit. They were both very accommodating and helpful in getting me the exact unit I needed at the promotional price also! And they made sure to explain to me every detail of my rental lease so I had no confusion at all what I was paying for and all the terms of my rental agreement as well. When Renee walked me to my unit she was very thorough in explaining all the details of the facilities operations (closing times, carts, etc), and answered any and all of my questions that I had. Very kind, courteous, and helpful. Then in the office, there had been some computer/technology problems that were occurring on their server, and they both were doing everything they could to address the problem so I could be on my way. (Renee was on one computer working on it while Jared was calling the IT hotline to get the problem situated also). It got resolved in no time and it felt great to know they really cared about the customer! Overall, I am so grateful for both of their help as they alleviated a lot of stress that moving can have. Later on in the afternoon Jared also helped us with finding a suitable parking spot for our truck and uhaul and helped guide the truck in. Exceptional customer service and great storage units (nice wide halls and doors). Very glad we choose this public storage unit.

The staff at this location are the most unfriendly, incompetent, condescending group of people Ive ever met. They will not help you in any way, instead, they stress you out and frustrate you. Ive had a broken lock on the unit since June. I called it in and Joel, the worst of the staff, yelled at me about not knowing when it will be fixed. It is November now and still broken. When Ive called during the months in between to find out the status, I was again yelled at and told to "contact their district manager who does not answer his phone". When I called this morning to tell them that the unit was empty and Id like to close it, Joel yelled at me and said there was still a lock on it. I tried to explain that there was not, it was removed the night before and he said it was there this morning. That was inaccurate, otherwise I would not have been able to lock my new unit at a different location. The service at this location is so bad, I really hope they restaff it for future customers.

When looking for a storage location online I ran across this property that had all good reviews and they mention a Joseph and a Chris by name so I had to see for myself if this storage location was top notch. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by Joseph, He was a big help in finding me a storage space, I told him what I was storing and he told me exactly what size space I needed to rent and also what packing supplies I should purchase to fully take advantage of the storage space. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable and safe when he went over some of the safety features the facility holds. I will admit when he told me the price for the lock I was Iffy but once I got all the information on why the lock was one of the most important thing for safety, I didnt mind buying it. I highly recommend that you store at this location.

I use Public Storage for all of my packing supplies. But the other day all I needed was a couple of bankers boxes. A clerk by the name of Brie who had just transferred to the Studio City store was on duty. She took the time to greet me and offered to assist me with any possible question I had. She was extremely friendly and non intimidating. When I mentioned I only needed the two bankers boxes she immediately grabbed a couple of unmade ones and without hesitating put them together (built) them for me which was a big plus. She was gracious and exuded great inter-personal skills during the short time I was there. The world needs more sales people like Brie. If you live in the general area of Studio City and need any shipping or home packing supplies go see Brie. You wont be sorry you did.

When I decided to get a storage locker at Public Storage I was not expecting to be so pleasantly surprised by the high level of customer service I received. I thought renting a storage locker was a straight forward deal and didnt expect there to be any level of customer service. Instead, my experience was like shopping at Nordstrom. When I left the facility I called a friend to tell them about how nice Joseph and Chris were and what a wonderfully thorough experience I had. Its funny because having such a positive customer service experience makes you realize what a lack of it exists in the world today. It takes such minimal effort to make a customer feel welcomed and special and yet it will keep them coming back forever. And of all places, I found this at Public Storage.
