Hello, this is Beatriz Alleli Tosdok. I am in the Unit # A-39. Just here, in Commerce. Please, let me explain you, my on experience about your storage. I must to say, thanks a lot for everything and for everybody. I used to be at storage before like Public Storage. When I discover, by myself your Storage, with plain interest I was coming in, and I say to myself, woooh. I was really fasinate. I am single, and I must to take care of myself, so I check everything around. I see, how beautifull is your storage: 1.- Clear and Light. 2.- I feel very confortable out and in. 3.- I feel very safe. 4.- The bathrooms perfects with supplies. 5.- The dinner room perfect always clean. 6.- Thanks a lot, for offer to us, something to drink. 7.- The access to fax and computer place with Internet and printer. 8.- And the most important and intelligent telephone access, like this is too much better. I must to let you know, than you have the best perssonal: 1.- About Jessie, you have a very responsable-honest-trustly person-hardworker. 2.- About Frank, also responsable-honest-trustly person-hardworker. 3.- About Brad, same responsable-honest-trustly person-hardworker. 4.- About Denis, all the same responsable-honest-trustly person-hardworker. In my on opinion, you are so lucky, to be holding this people. I wish, you grow up in everywhere, because storage is one of the best bussiness in America ! The really truth, people like me, we need you and so much. Because, you make our dreams come truth. . .

Ive had a storage unit at this facility regrettably for the last year. The unit is good, good location central to downtown Los Angeles. And Im reminded of one of those unsolved mysteries of murder by poisoning just slightly day by day as Magellan jacks up the prices quarterly. I think Ive gotten at least three price increase letters slipped in between the few and far between invoices they actually send. I use the invoices to pay, so when they arent received the bill gets paid late - and then they send the notices of late fees which always seems to be on time. I have someone handling my accounts payable for me, things are pretty orderly, and Ive easily paid over $300 in unnecessary fees and had a rate increase three times from the rate I signed when I took the unit. Choose another storage facility or be poisoned a little each day until you find yourself pushing daisies with piles of late fee letters.

I have used 6 different storage facilities over the years for both long and short term storage but I have never encountered one so well organized, well managed and even luxurious as this one. The office is like the lobby of a good hotel, and has clean, comfortable restrooms, a conference room, wifi (and comfortable chairs) and a computer for customer use. The buildings are climate controlled, clean and well organized, constructed and maintained. The manager and all of the employees are professional, courteous, friendly and dedicated. You couldnt ask for a better storage facility, and the prices are as good or better as any of the others.

Facility is home for homeless. Bathrooms are always locked. Elevator is broken constantly. I am a small business owner and closed my account because of this. Paid and made arrangements to get my belonging. There had been a red lock on my unit even though i had paid the late and partial month. Manager Jessie Lozano said he could not unlock the new red lock it was stuck. I had to wait 3 days for "maintenance to open". Very unprofessional, no importance to me taking time and renting truck. Not a very professional place for a business to lease.

Ive been with Sergio and his team at the ELA/Commerce facility for a few years now. They have been most graces regarding the services they provide. Being a business owner and having 24hr access is great! For those who complain about pricing, try paying $935.00 for a 10x30 at PS on Pico in WLA compared to $250.00 with MS. I would recommend them for their storage needs.

I have been a member for over 2 years and I have been pleased with the services. I like that customer appreciation events are held and other services are available for me to use as well. A few times the elevator was not working and it did create an inconvenience, however, the following time I went in the problem was fixed.

The absolute worst storage facility. Im looking at a notice to raise rates? I guess that was in the fine print! Do not use this company or any of their locations, your rates will go up without anything you can do about it. They get you in with a introductory rate then jack up the price! Youre welcome, just saved you money.

They are a bunch of crooks. Never set up auto payments. I was told that I will be charged only for the days I stay. They charged me a month ahead but when I moved out in ten days after my payment was made they never refunded me. Stay away from them.
