The clerk was polite and courtesy and did a great job of informing me of what Public Storage had to offer to suit my needs. I was very pleased. Before I had went to another place and I was trying to asked about, what I now know is a climate controlled storage area. The people at the other place looked at me like I was crazy and made me feel unwelcomed. Public Storage helped me figure out the space I needed and offered other accessories, such as boxes and packaging supplies if needed. It was a much better choice than the first place I had went to.

Melissa is the best, most professional employee at a Public Storage place Ive come across! She helped waive a late fee that I accidentally incurred being that I was out of town filming on location and thought auto pay had been set up when it hadnt already (nb: they need the physical phone in person in order to set up auto pay. Cannot be done over phone!). They also have one of the cheapest monthly rates Ive come across for a storage unit of this size $105/mo w/a first month $1 discount. Definitely recommend!

I just want to take the time to write a quick review, I very big on customer service especially b/c now and days people lack that. I went to this public storage and was assisted by JONATHAN, boy what a great help he was we all know the stresses of moving. He help me with getting the correct store unit. But what really won me over is that he even helped me unload some of me boxes.WOW!!!! I was sooooo appreciative for that!! Thanks JONATHAN

I am very happy with public storage not only for their friendly attitude but also they are concerned for peoples stuff and security. Chris helped me out to get the best storage size that fits my needs and he warned me right away when I did not lock my storage properly. I enjoy the friendliness of the hard working girls at the front desk in the office. They are always attentive and smiling. We all miss Molly here at the office. You can tell the current manager "Lisa", is on the ball with rules and policies. She is always helping the Birthday girl with administration duties. The Birthday girl just help a customer with a friendly smiling atitude. Very Good!

Needed help with my mom in looking for a unit two guys were in the office and a young man name Jonathan B. was the first to stand up and greet me. He asked me a few questions on what i was going to store.. then showed me a unit that he thought that would work for me. He was so helpful and nice. Made things clear and helpful. Thanks Again. Melissa and Pattie are totally awesome they know exactly whats the best size for storage. whether its long term or short term. I like the fact that they helped with all my packing needs. they are great. Molly helped to make sure that the unit was the right size for me. explained the entire process. very well maintained, friendly, and made the experience great. she also recommended to use the same side boxes and to use the height of the unit for maximum use. full of ideas to make the best use of space.

Brian and Lisa, have great customer service. They helped me get a convenient storage location right next door. Im very happy I choose this place to store my items. They sell boxes and tape. There is also a bathroom available for customers after hours!! I recommend you come here!! Good luck
