REVISION of my initial review: After contacting Public Storage headquarters and filling a complain there, I feel that in order to be fair, I must revise my review. Sarah took over my case and the only thing I can say aside a huge thank you, is that this girl in an asset to Public Storage and an excellent professional. She worked hard, corrected and solved all problems and provided me with a solution offering nothing less than excellent service. It is clear that not all fingers of the hand are the same and the same applies to employees as well. Again THANK YOU Sarah for your professionalism and everything. Original review: Terrible and rude stuff. I booked a reservation and when they called me they said they will cancel it and when i asked the reason they hang up on me. Called back and the employee refused to give me her name or any reason for the cancellation. At this point to clarify that i have an excellent credit of 780, no late payments, absolutely clear record. Their behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional and i am in the process of filling and official complain. Do yourself a favor and stay away...

This place is run and operated by cold heated crooks! The lack of intelligence due to the employees not being able to get paperwork and dates correct and blaming the computers are down, you will lose your belongings, I spoke to a women working there to confirm an auction date and then confirmed the date back to her , I was there on the date we confirmed and when I was there another employee stated you had till 9 today, good thing you came today its the last day, takes my payment while waiting for receipt he said oh wait it was yesterday at 9, then tells me 12 on confirmed date? So due to them not getting there end straight I lost my belongings, However I filled a lawsuit against them and thank god my friend who is an police officer was with when I called and heard me confirm the date and time! So they accepted and took my lawsuit!!! Like the judge said late payment or not thats why there is a deadline date and incompetent people that fail to give the correct date should not be running a business, and for that I lost all. So he said for that Im excepting this lawsuit and handling myself!!!!

I never thought Id be giving a 5 star review to a storage facility, but the ladies that helped me out today were wonderful! Cathy, Brianna, and Kat made my search for a storage facility kind of a fun experience, all the ladies were knowledgeable and professional about their job, yet were warm and friendly engaging in small talk and having a genuine rapport with the existing customers. Cathy, an especially gregarious employee was extremely funny, at the same time she was very honest with me about the property and the clientele. I went to another public storage facility a few days ago, a short distance away from here, on Atlantic, and the employee working there, Robyn was honestly the rudest most condescending woman Ive ever come across, she came across like I was putting her out because I was asking questions regarding Public Storage. Thankfully, what I thought was the under dog property turned it to be just what I was looking for!

I had to find a place to store my car and I was stressing out and really nervous about this. Then I found Public storage online and I said what the heck ill just make a reservation online. After I was done, I kid you not ONE minute later I received a call from Sam a worker at public storage talking about the unit and answering any of my questions. This made me feel more at ease. Once we got there we were welcomed by Sam and her other co workers they were so nice and friendly! Super willing to help out and make me feel comfortable.They have excellent customer service which make me that that much more willing to get a storage unit. The underground storage for my car was very secure and I felt comfortable with my decision. They really made this choice easier and less stressful. Thank you Sam! Shes awesome!

I was pressed for time and space, Tina, the manager, was patient, told me everything I needed to know to make a decision (about size, etc) and showed me a few spaces. She answered all my questions, was clear and easy to understand. Im an older consumer who remembers when there used to be good customer service available and it seems not so much anymore, and so I dont expect much in that regard anymore. Tina was a gem, an example of true customer service. She made sure that I got what I needed, told me its easy to upgrade or downgrade, helped me save some money, and made suggestions that really helped me. It didnt take very long to sign up. She took care of me as a valued customer and I was surprised and pleased to do business with her and Public Storage. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Tina, the manager of this location, is amazing. She and her team made my and my wifes move into our storage space so easy. Ive used storage here, in Kentucky, and in New York, and I have never had as pleasant an experience. Example: I needed an Allen wrench to dismantle an office chair (of COURSE I didnt bring one), and the manager took me out to her car and lent me hers. That is ridiculously good customer service. In terms of money, the rates are affordable (I pay $125/month for a space large enough to store all of my big wooden furniture, books, and other sundries). Access via Long Beach Blvd. is tricky because of the U-Turn, but not a deal breaker by any means. Great space, incredible staff - I cant say enough!

I mean what can I say I gave these girls the run around today.. long story short. I got a storage 2 hours later I wanted a refund because I no longer needed the storage.. now to say the least the two women (Robyn & Sarah) were completely awesome. not only did they give me my refund but they did it with a smile. Robyn was thorough with showing me the storage unit and all of the ways to get there and use the lift. But Sarah... man Sarah got me the refund plus the nonrefundable admin fee every penny I spent I got back.. if I wasnt moving tmrw I would def. use public storage. btw they had a hell of a deal 50% of the first month.. thank you ladies and I appreciate the customer service...

Everyone here are great to see when we come to our unit. Everyone are truly family to us. Very helpful in every way possible. My family and I thank you guys for everything you do everyday and on thanksgiving day they did something extremely nice for us Alex Britt Judy and Sarah came together and got thanksgiving day meal for us. Alex found us on long beach Blvd when she called I didnt know exactly what she was up too she said stay right there once she showed up she gave us a complete meal for me my wife and our girls that act of kindness made being homeless seem not that bad. Thank you public storage for kind and generous employees like them.

My son stored at a different location months ago and said he had a good experience with this company so I decided to try it. My husband and I rented a unit last month with a young lady, Judy. She was very patient with us. She recommended a good size garage with a decent price. Also told us how cover our stuff. I didnt think the inside could get dusty but it does. Hopefully well be out next month. But I would recommend this location for the great customer service and pricing. Thank you Ms. Judy. Its nice interact with nice people.
