Stor Quest is Awesome!! If you are looking for a storage unit, make StorQuest your 1st and only option! The rep who helped us was "Christina". She did not make us feel like a number. She patiently explained the process, provided details about the unit we were interested in and even gave us tips on how we can store our items! She did all this with a "smile"! Were happy weve made StorQuest our storage choice!

I have been getting quotes from all over the place to store a lot of different things. By far the most knowledge staff I encountered. I spoke with the manager on duty, Chris, and he answered every question I had for him with confidence. I was honestly surprised how well they were able to accommodate everything I needed from general storage to car spots. This place will definitely have my business.

I have been here for years, when it was originally Avalon Self Storage. With this corporate change, prices went up every year since they changed. I find it funny that they will pro-rate you when you acquire a storage space but when you check out a week after you pay your rent, no such thing is possible. I preferred it when it was the original Avalon Self Storage, not this franchise storage!

Just want to say these people are amazing. Chris helped me when I was running late to come and pay my rent, also helped me process my payment efficiently and was extremely patient with me. I wouldnt trust my account with any other facility. THEY ARE THE BEST. Priscilla was very helpful and informative. I really appreciated her great customer service. Thank you!

The location is close to home, the facility is clean, the employees are courteous, parking is affordable, but with all that,, the prices seems to go up every 6months. It wasnt like that when it was Avalon storage, but as soon as it changed names to stories ,the price increase started. Its very expensive, not affordable storage spaces..

We had to put my moms stuff in storage and chose Avalon Self Storage. We havent been disappointed. I like the set up of this facility, and the manager, Sarah is wonderful! She was very compassionate about my situation and made my day with her attitude! Thanks Avalon, for making my moving day a whole lot easier. :)

I like the service because they keep it clean they work with you no bugs no hoodlums hanging around no bums and the people are very nice and courteous and they will understand what youre looking for what you need and reasoning with you so I give them thumbs up
