Outstanding Customer Service! Dana and Michael were very helpful in my inquiry for space. I enjoyed their professional and heartwarming customer service. Michael was very enthusiastic and informative in showing me a space that fit my storage needs. He took the initiative and asked me all the questions on what best suited for me. This really helped me make a decision to lease storage space right then and there. I also want to mention their security in the facility. Some high speed stuff! Makes me feel safe and comfortable storing my gear there. I definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to store their gear! -Ron

I liked the facility in general. I love how everything is set up for us but there were constant problems with elevator use because people are not aware of how the elevator system works. Spending a little time with people in teaching them how to use the elevator will help the business. I also would hear people mention that the elevator I was using was the only one working; wasnt any big problem for me but it will help other inpatient people have a better experience. I do wish the opening times were more extended but my overall experience was GREAT. I am very satisfied with my storage and with Extra Storage Space! :)

I used this facility for over a year. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. - Extremely secure building needing your own unique passcode to get in the building and again to use the elevator. - Very clean facility - Most importantly the staff were always so helpful. A big shoutout out to Monique the manger and Micheal the assistant manger. - All of this gave me peace of mind that my belongings were safe while I was back in the UK. I would not hesitate to use this location again.

Right as I went inside the Extra Storage office, I was welcomed and greeted with respect and excellent customer service. I was fortunate to meet both managers and they were wonderful. I was given the tour of the place and immediately felt confident that my belongings will be safe and sound. I havent the chance to move my things in yet, and honestly I cannot wait. The hours of access is amazing and its clean! Such a wonderful business, you cannot go to another place that can beat this place.

The building was very clean, cleaner than some apartments Ive seen. Monique was very helpful. She answered all my questions and gave me a very thorough tour. Michael made the renting process fast and explained everything very well. You can tell both of them really cared about you and wanted to help in every way they can. Their prices are comparable to others in they are but it was the tremendous customer service that made it an easy choice for me.

Dana manger was very kind, professional and helpful. She showed me several units and I was extremely impressed with the facility. Clean, organized, secure, cameras and alarms on units. Hours of operation were also a plus. Again having Dana there to help was so refreshing. Top shelf employee. Cant say enough about Dana. Except Thank you Dana for making this a easy smooth experience. I will refer my customers to your facility.

I never had a storage space and this is not what I expected of a storage facility. This place is clean and safe. You enter a code to get in and a code to go up the elevator. I moved in on a Saturday and they had plenty of carts to load your stuff on. Their parking spaces are also nice and wide so you can open your doors and get stuff out of your car easily. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. So glad I found this place.

Great location - very clean and well run. Great onsite management - Mr. Burke was very thorough and very customer-oriented. Ive used other storage companies in the past (Public Storage, etc.) and I can confidently state that Extra Space Storage is the better choice for my storage needs.

Great storage facility! Clean, secure, and spacious for a really great deal. One of the site managers, Michael I believe was his name, was really helpful and got us a deal plus first month free on a large unit that was supposed to be more expensive.

The service was great. Our gate code didnt work at first, due to a system issue, and they fixed it quickly and apologized. Very clean, well lit, and plenty of space in the loading/unloading area and elevators.
