I moved some things into this location about a week and half ago. Emma was great and very helpful. I forgot one item and she was able to help me out temporarily while I went to retrieve it. I am a grateful for Emma making my move in experience to go smoothly overall. I just wish I could of used the moving cart on my last run. But I understand the issues they are having with carts being stolen. I do think Extra Space needs to add insurance price into pricing when reserving spaces online prior to moving in. However this has nothing to do with how I great I was treated while there on my move in day. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Things happen, unfortunately there was a fire at Extra Space. Within a reasonable time Extra Space called me to advise me of the situation regarding my unit. Fortunately I was not one of the damaged ones. They showed true concern for my fears and doubts and offered other storage solutions that might make me feel comfortable and reassured. They were professional, honest and very helpful. After the fire the clean up was quick. Extra Space continued to keep the remaining units clean and safely accessible to their customers. I dont have nightmares about them I am confident in their service and would highly recommend them.

Manager Emma was the best! Great personality, professional, and responsive to my mothers needs (we were in a pinch and needed a storage space in a hurry). Got just the right size space and walked away with the keys to it in less than 30 minutes. Place was clean and well lit. Great experience. Very helpful come moving day as well, with carts available to help get stuff to our space. Bit of a tangent, but kudos to the gentleman at the Extra Space Storage at Western Ave. who, even though they didnt have any space available, kindly directed us to the Alondra site.

First time ever getting storage but my mom and I had the most amazing experience and pleasure of having Vanessa as our guide. She was both professional and friendly. Honestly, one of the most hard working person we have met. She assisted us and others with so much knowledge that it surprised us when we learned she is basically new there. Beyond grateful to have had her as the person that helped us there! Also very surprised by the unit we were shown which was more space than we originally thought it would be. Both the unit and Vanessa were awesome!

We struggled to find a Storage that can accommodate a 18 wheeler. Miss Emma Ash was awesome. The first day we walked in, she was all smiles and very friendly. Very accommodating and informative. We moved in yesterday and what a pleasure to find a kind human being that allows you to get your work done and she stayed a bit over her closing time to accommodate us. We appreciate you and all of your efforts Emma. I can honestly say that Extra Space Storage in this location is very lucky to have this great asset (Emma) as their employee.

Been dealing with Ms. Emma for a while and shes Amazing !!!!! Always willing to help and very informative about her Facility. Had a smaller unit at first then moved into a Bigger unit now!!!!! Very Respectful and helpful !!! She should teach Customer Service Classes Because she knows how to treat her Customers!!!! Great Job !!!! Ms. EMMA !!!!! Glad to be a Extra Space Storage Customer!!! Had a great experience. I was looking for a unit on the ground floor but it was not available. Emma accommodated me with one upstairs and made me aware that carts were available for my use which would make it convenient for my move. The facility was great! I dont like rate increases but I was told it is common practice of storage facilities. The customer service was great.

I really loved this this facility, not only is it clean but the service was exceptionally great the Assistant Manager Melody was so professional and patient with me. She showed 3 spaces and told me how to store my items inside to save space and money. Melody was great and because of her I would recommend Extra Space to any one that needs storage.

This Location is wonderful! The Assistant Manager Melody was so professional from the moment we walked into the office. She gave me a tour of the property and was patient with us. The staff has definitely improved with customer service and the availability of carts are better than before. I love that this location is convenient to my home & school but the gate hours arent as long as Id like. Id love to have access to my unit til 10pm. Other than that this facility is cool, clean and safe for the most part.

This was my first time getting a storage space and they were just amazing. I was going to go with another location/storage place, but they won me over here with their wonderful customer service. The prices were reasonable and the facility was great. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to store their personal belongings!.

I loved the two managers, Michael and Esther, who willingly and patiently helped me move. I was that woman in distress; I needed their calm demeanors to guide me through the process of fitting my belongings into a space there. They both acted very professional and kind. I am glad to be renting a space from this facility.

My experience at Extra Space Storage was great. Emma was very helpful and polite she showed me the unit and it was just the right size that we need to store our stuff. The property was clean and the best thing was it took 30 minutes to get all the paper work done, and we where ready to move the next day.

We have had a storage unit with Extra Space for several months now. I have found that their Staff is very friendlly and helpful. Always quick to respond to any questions. The facility is very clean and well lit. Got a great deal on the price of the storage unit! I would highly recommend them.
