That Chick

They are very careless with personal information. I changed some things on my account and they never made the changes in the system. MY ex was receiving mail with private information on it. I returned to make a payment a month later and again updated my account information. I assumed when I paid the fee it was for the amount I owed and the next month and that they updated my personal information. They called me 1 week later asking for a payment and they still didnt have the correct address on file. I contacted corporate because I paid for 2 months. They explained my information still wasnt updated and did it for me. They also informed me that they have a new property manager and my rent was raised. I asked to speak with the person in charge I was transferred to his voice mail and left a message. Called the facility who on 2 occasions said they will notify him. Its been 4 weeks exactly and i still havent heard from him. AND THEY ARE STILL SENDING MY EX PAPERWORK REGARDING MY ACCOUNT.SMH

I am not one to write commentaries or reviews but in this case I felt compelled to speak on the manager amber. I was very frazzled and was upset when I walked through the door perhaps even a little rude. But her attitude and demeanor didnt let my vibes rub off amber actually turned my mood around she was very polite handled my attitude with a smile and compassion. Said shes been there before showed me the storage I would be renting and helped me with my transaction and wished me not only that my day get better but wished me the Best of the rest of my Week. Thank you for being so nice to a not so nice at the moment customer and may your Week be Great as well!

never thought about using a storage space to store some of my stuff that I have sitting outside my porch. I decided to visit Public Storage thats 1 mile down my apartment, and experienced the best costumer service. I didnt have to go look at other places since I felt welcomed at all times, with affordable prices and numerous spaces to choose from I decided to get a storage space at Public Storage. Also, Karen whos at the front desk, was very helpful and has an amazing, outgoing personality. Karen Showed me different options I had towards acquiring my storing space. I strongly recommend to check this location out!!

We have been storing with public storage for two years now, they are great. They were the lowest-priced and they had more sizes available than any other places we checked. The service is great Karen is very helpful and answers all of my questions. I love their facility is is always clean and I have never had any problems, I feel very comforted knowing that my things are in a secure location

Shaun, the property manager at Public Storage is always smiling! Hes a great manager, so nice and patient when- ever I ask him a question or need help with my unit! Ive rented from Public Storage for a few years because the property looks professional and inviting. Their spaces are easy access and clean. The office and the access hours are very convenient for me.

I have a rental property in Carson. I needed to store all the furniture inside it before it could sell so I chose this storage unit. I cant say enough good things about Shaun. He took care of everything for me and was extremely professional. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I highly recommend Shaun and this unit.
