Horrible experience from the moment I pulled in. Rude, loud mouth employee who got upset when they cant comprehend simple English, steep, cracked driveway, gate only opens half the time, damaged drywall in storage units,damaged roll up doors,lack of lighting at night, I AM NOT EXAGERATING AT ALL! I have pics of all this! Thats not the worst, they raise your rates on you at ANY GIVEN TIME FOR ANY REASON! I was there for less than 5 months, paid on time every month and without warning, they raised my rates! They claimed they sent a "letter" through snail mail TO THE WRONG ADDRESS even though they had the correct one and my e-mail! When I brought this to the attention to the "District Manager" "Claire Ingram" not surprisingly my calls were not returned until weeks later, which was after I scheduled a move out date. She was "so nice" to suggest a smaller unit? REALLY? If I could of moved all my stuff into a smaller unit I would of done so in the first place! Too little, too late! To top it off theyre still going to charge me a whole months rent even after I was courteous enough to schedule a move out date the month before! This is highly unethical! I dont care what their contract says! This place is setting themselves up for a class action lawsuit! Le$$on learned!

This is the best place to store your stuff. I would not trust my stuff anywhere else. Brenda the property manager is one of the genuinely sweetest people you will ever meet. She always greets you with a warm smile and is on top of maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the property. Although I am confident my stuff is safe here I do recommend getting insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. They also offer disc locks for your convenience at the property which in my opinion are the safest locks you can go with. The security of your belongings is their top priority here . Thats why I wouldnt store anywhere else. That and the fact that Brenda has outstanding customer service by far the best Ive ever interacted with . She is definitely a great asset to public storage and the face of the company . Public Storage should definitely acknowledge her for being a awesome manager she is always cheerful, prompt, and knowledgeable.

I currently have a unit at this location, Ive actually had a few units at this location, and Ive never had any problems whatsoever! Brenda and Debra are the very nice and helpful ladies that have always been there for me and have helped me so much in my time of need. Ive had units at other locations, and the Tujunga location is by far the best! I always feel very safe there and never worry about my things being tampered with, and I want to thank you for your care and kindness! ;)

I have been A client of Tujunga public storage since May 2013, most often being helped Brenda, the kindest and friendliest person you will ever meet in Customer Service - she has addressed all of my needs and questions immediately, helped me crack the elevator code, obtain a new lock after I lost my key. - in general, she has turned my visits to the storage into a happy time instead of routine drop off. What can I say about Public Storage in 6400, Foothill blvd; in Tujunga,CA ? It has being home away from home for me & my belongings for the past 6 months. Brenda & Melissa have being supportive through out my experiences. Brenda especially...have shown additional support towards my concerns...that I never expected to have received... I trust them to care for my belongings until I move out. Thnx girls...& public storage...

I just moved my storage stuff from a different facility to Public Storage in Tujunga. Ive met several of the staff and theyre all friendly, efficient and helpful. But I have to say I was thoroughly amazed at how very clean this facility is. They really keep this place immaculate, and very secure. Im so glad I chose this facility and highly recommend it.

My husband and i have storage at this location never had any problems different people have worked there but the one that most has always stood out the most has been the property manager brenda she really cares about the customers she is courteous and very professional the property is always clean she really delievers exceptional customer service

Debra was so great! I came early for my appointment to see and pay for the unit, and there was no problem starting me off right away and getting things going. She was very thorough and showed me a few ways to access my unit. She was friendly and personable and made the whole process feel quick and painless.

Have had storage for more than a year. Never have a had any problems at this location. Property manager Brenda has always helped me with all of my storage needs. Was not an easy move but she went above and beyond to ensure I got the best unit always with such frisndlyness and professionalism

People are kicked out if their storage and their junk is left in the hallways of the facilities. Its been a whole month and there still a pile of crap next to my unit blocking my way to my storage. It also smells like something is rotting inside someones unit. Feels like a public dumpster.
