I had a hitch receiver installed here, apparently the only place in town that will do it. Total incompetance. I first made sure that they had the correct installation instructions. Of course!, I was told. However, they forgot to read the FIRST STEP, which details how to cut a notch out of the bottom of the plastic bumper cover so that the cover fits back on correctly. They skipped that step, forcing the cover back on so that it was permanently deformed, leaving a very visible one inch gap along the top. The workers knew something was wrong, but disappeared. I had to make another appointment to have them fix it. They guy looked at the cover, saw a small scratch in the paint, and accused me of having an accident, making it not fit correctly. Nonsense! I showed him step 1 of the instructions, and demanded that he do it right. The plastic is STILL deformed. Much later, I found my battery cover had come loose and was banging around under the hood. When they attached the wiring to the battery terminal, they broke the tabs off the cover, and forced the plastic cover back down over the wire, without making a simple notch for the wire to fit through. That cover will cost me $44 to replace. These guys should go back to flipping burgers for minimum wage. This is ridiculous.

I had a horrible experience here. First off the rep told me I needed to return my rental by 7am the next day to avoid being charged for a second day. I wake up at 5:30am the following day to get the truck there on time only to find out that they did not open until 9 oclock. I called the office to find out how to get my refund. The same rep tells me I can come in and pick up anytime. I let him know that I work in Santa Ana so I will come as soon as I can make it during their business hours. When I get there to pick up the money I find out that a check has been mailed out. WHY did the rep not say..."maam you have 3 business days to pick up your cash before we mail out a check"??!!!! Long story short, its two weeks later and I still have nothing. Ill probably NEVER use this location EVER AGAIN!

We were turned away from filling our propane tank by one of the females standing around smoking outside where you pull up to return equipment. She was rude and treated me like I wasnt welcome while the heavy set Latino guy and the thin built darker skin female sat around and the thin built girl with the glasses sat on the cleaning cart laughing . We have been coming to this location to fill the same propane tank for our forklift for over 9 years now. And we never had this issue ! The site manager is cool...but I think those associates should have more training and not bring the hood behavior to work ! Will not be refilling our tank there anymore.

We needed to rent a cargo van on short notice to take my kids furniture up to an apartment by UC Davis. The U-Haul website was extremely user friendly. The prices seem reasonable. Brandy at the U-Haul scheduling center and Gary at the Inglewood location were very helpful on the phone. I will do a Review #2 after we finish the move. PS - the rental car agencies will not rent to a person under 25 but if you are 18 and have a valid drivers license, you can rent a cargo van or truck from U-Haul. This will be great since now my kid can help with the driving.

I rented a storage unit from this place for just over 1 year. I could write a book on how poor this place is run. Understaffed and mismanaged. It was always a hassle dealing with them after our move and using our storage unit. Quite possibly one of the worst customer experiences of any business Ive ever dealt with.

These guys have always taken good care of me. Good customer service. Helpfull. Everything you want. Also, if you are using them for storage, they have the best access hours anywhere close to the airport.

Picked up equipment here and the staff was professional, courteous and efficient. Having a reservation and entering my information to the website prior to pickup definitely speeded up the process.

Adequate supplies. The trailer we had reserved had bald tires that would not make the 1200 mile trip. The axel frame was rusted underneath.
