Ive had many experiences with self storage places and by far SoCal Self storage in Torrance has been hands down the most professional and accommodating. They have exceeded my expectations and I am very satisfied. From the staff at the front desk to the office manager they made my move to another city and then eventually putt of state seamless. The location is clean, the other tenants youll see when you come to your storage are friendly and polite as well. The hours are great. I will definitely recommend this place time and time again. Excellent job!

The sign on the wall of the storage facility says it best: "This is a nice place." The staff are friendly, and will do their best to help you move into a room that fits your needs best, and are truly focused more on customer service versus their bottom line. They helped me get a good rate for the room, and the move out was quick, painless, and friendly. Nothing but good things to say, here. If you have the opportunity, ask for Zoyla.

I have been in this storage for more than a year and have had no issues! Its always clean and well lighted! Everyone also is very helpful! Ive needed help carrying heavy stuff and borrowing things and they did not make a big issue about it! I highly recommend this storage space! Plus I havent seen any bugs which is a big plus!

This place is a rip off, they have raised the fees every year. With the same excuse billing and insurance. They have no billing that they send out. We have had Spencer street storage for many years and they have only raised the rent 2x in 20 years. Go some place else.

Didnt use the storage, only rented a truck there, but the staff was amazing. They had the paperwork done and had me out of there in less than 5 minutes. They knew their stuff and handled everything professionally, and drop off was a breeze.

The staff at this location are so enthusiastic and willing to help. I started a business and needed a CLEAN facility with fair pricing to store equipment. I did lots of comparison shopping before deciding on this particular SoCal Storage.
