I recently contacted extra space storage to inquire more information about their services, since I had been to another storage facility and was unhappy with their customer service. When I contacted extra space storage, I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Antwan we talked for a couple minutes and without meeting him, I made my decision to move forward with extra space storage. Antwan is great at what he does, and its because of him I chose to make my decision. Thank you for everything.

Luz Gomez and Julie were extremely helpful and supportive in all our storing needs. We were stressed for time and short on funds at the moment. Luz was able to offer us there move in specials and got us the perfect size storage. She was absolutely wonderful in helping us out. It made moving a little less stressful. Super friendly and knowledgeable service given from Antowan. I love the honest policy that extra storage provides. I booked a rate online and when I got to the storage place it did not increase with hidden fees. La Ciengas storage is extremely clean which is always a plus!! I also love the fact that I was given a walk through of the facility and the resources it provides ( ex. Trolleys and elevators). Overall 100% service and satisfaction!!!

I would like to say that I had the best experience with Antwan here at Extra Space storage I have been to 3 other storage facilities Prior to me coming to Extra Space Storage and he made me feel welcomed and got right to the point got me the storage that I need it quick and easy. Been a customer here for years and property has changed over a few times, each time the customer service and property maintenance have changed and continually improved as well. Very clean facility. Antwan, the manager is very helpful and customer oriented. Would recommend this property as a nice place to urilize in Southbay.

I usually go with public storage but after spending so much money I decide to try Extra Space Storage. Im sooo happy I did!!! Store manager Antwan Smith was very kind and informative. The facility was VERY clean and well lit! Im happy to know security cameras are rolling at all times I highly recommend this place.

Every few months or so they raise the rate ...my rate has now almost doubled, ridiculous! They got me in with a low initial rate, once all my stuff was stored the rate started going up and up
