I have no issues with the front office personal. Location getting in and out can be a problem with the traffic and the narrow drive way, entering the storage. You can enter easily traveling west and exit easily if youre traveling west. My issue is with the rental increases. I rented one of the larger unit to place my in-laws belongings in and within six months they increased the rent by $50.00 and then six months later they increased the rent another $50.00. That was an additional $100.00 in the first year. Since I lived out of state now, I didnt know if this increase was because I was out of town and they were taking advantage of that. I went from $250.00 to $350.00 in one year. So I did the next best thing, I flew out to Los Angeles and took everything out of that storage and shipped it out of state. It cost me four months of storage rent to ship all the stuff out of state. the storage in Georgia cost $75.00 a month for the same space.

Worst public storage ever! The only person that we can deal with at this location is Julian who has been helpful. Robert who is the district manager is awful at calling back and when he does he offers no help. The staff at this location is rude and prudent they have zero customer service. Our prices have increased in less then six months. We have been billed twice and inquired a fee from our back and also charged a late fee from public storage on a mistake made by them. They did not own up to it. So far in January we have been denied access to our unit one because of the New Years and the other time was today the unit was flooded and these people are so dishonest that they were not going to tell us we so happen to stop by and found out. We would never ever again rent a storage unit from this location I will post a picture of the flooding these people here do not care about your service beware of this location you have been warned

I walked into this Public Storage looking for a quick solution to my storage problem. The customer service was excellent, not only to identify my needs, but went out of their way to make sure that the storage unit I received was according to my needs and at a fair price. Thank you to Public Storage for staffing you facility with capable and customer friendly employees who care about the tenants that are using the storage units in their location.

Why are the reviews about Carmen and customer service? Which I have no problem with. The problem is with P.S. increasing rates unreasonably. Stop giving excuses like improving the facility. The only thing that changed since P.S. bought American Storage is paint and new doors. Nothing else has change to justify the rate increases.(s)! I cant wait to get my stuff out.

I came in the other day and a young man Julian helped me out he was nice. Today Carmen helped me and she is such a pleasant young lady very professional. The facility is very clean despite its a little out dated. The unit was very clean. The most important part and my favorite is that there is NO elevators!! Thats a plus for me.
