YOU Sold my belongings..my entire life.....after 8 expensive and thousands of dollars right over the phone with me on the other end to some scum sucking auction bidder.is this how you treat your great customers..you are a so called new manager, after Oscar was replaced..or whatever story I have been told...YOU have never contacted us with any paperwork...saying you sent ONE time in the mail...some new Credit Card info..well..you said, it was returned...HOW could it be..? same address my MOM has had for 27 years..and you acted like I gave YOU the wrong address...we gave Oscar the long term manager this address many many times..we have asked for itemized billing statements..which WE have never received.the Corporate offices do NOT call YOU BACK....after several attempts calling them , and they do NOT pick up their phones..only hide behind a bank of phone systems..and extensions..to who knows who!!! YOU took my personal life all of it..after telling me the week before..how much I didnt need it..Jesus..I have paid on this for five solid years...and other units we had for 3 addl years.which makes 8 yrs.of business and you did that to me..I have witnesses in the bank....that were blown away..by what you did....!! I was on the phone with you all week..telling you I had a family member passing away..and he passed on the same day, you did this to me!! my mind was all over the place..and you almost put ME in the hospital..with your horrible customer service!! STealing this out from under me..for a few dollars..over our thousands...where is your head?? I want my things returned..I want to get in touch with these sick people who do this..and get my personal belongings returned....they do NOT need personal items..all of my clothes..they want my underwear, bras,...sports bras....pjs....presents from my Mom over the years...all of my clothes..all of them....I came out here to help my MOm...and left my clothes...everything there...trusting your company.....!!!!....no room to put them at her house..now you have stripped me of all of my clothes......telling me..my boxes up to the sky were worthless..really??? really??? did you buy them..?....or were the boxes ransacked and stolen over time..cause they were stacked to the ceiling.....HELP please get in touch with the storage battle auction scuz balls....who stole my clothes..and YOU helped him steal my belongings..!!!! right on the phone with me on the other line..and meanwhile my family member dying....at the same time......!!!!

Mr. Oscar has been more than just a manager on this property. I am Pastor David R. Hunkin who needed help in finding a place to store my household furniture when we moved from Hammond, Louisiana retiring back to our home state of California. We found out that the house that we were going to move into was already leased and we had a U-Haul truck loaded with furniture. Well to cut to the chase of it all, when we prayed for Gods divine intervention, He lead us to your establishment and here is where God had Mr.Oscar to help us. my experience with us storage center was the best , better than i would have ever thought possible. from the moment i walked in the door till the moment i walked out oscar made me feel like my business mattered. ( cant say that about any other businesses i can think of. your company ( or any company ) would be thrilled to have an employee like oscar. friendly to fault , he made evrything smooth and effortless. my only complaint is that i didnt go you US storage in the first place. i will be moving out of my other unit and moving it all to US storage asap !!! ROCK ON OSCAR !!!

The Hubbs and I are so grateful we found this place. Just the right unit for us: clean and ready for move-in BUT people theres more!! Neil "with the deal" seriously is one of the most professional, friendly and helpful service managers weve met! He made the process of establishing a relationship with US Storage easy and great...keepin it real with Neil! When youre ready to rent a storage unit, you really gotta call Neil!!!

Oscars a good hard working person i took my grandmothers stuff to this storage place when i first walk in he made us feel at home its so great its always clean outside and inside Oscars face always has a smile on a customers faces all i could say this place is awesome i would recommend this place to my friends and family.

So I lost my keys to my storage.. I have a master lock on my storage... Mr Neal a worker for us storage went out of his way in assisting me unlock my storage... He went above and beyond his duties I couldnt be more grateful for his customer service.... I highly recommend you can come here and check this place out...
