Ive maintained an office, post production facility, vocal recording, green screen, essentially a Studios worth of services for an extremely demanding client base, at the Manhattan Beach Studios for the last 10 years. Depending on my needs and those of my clients, will determine what assets I required from the storage. Carmen Meshita, and Brianna are able to meet the extraordinary needs in my rather continually evolving workflows. So I presented the girls with my most recent challenge thinking that this was going to end up costing me more money but they found a way to consolidate assets down to a single storage unit and now Im saving at least 25% over my previous Bill - yet somehow Im storing more assets. Every aspect of their considerations were quite insightful even choosing a location that was strategic between the other three storage units. The efficiencies of having one unit organized with racks surrounding the entry thats result in the ability for my team members and myself to be able to efficiently leverage our organizational infrastructure in my new 10 x 10 space. Plus I got a $250 or so refund for something I didnt even know I had coming to me. Simply stated my life is empowered and my creativity can now flourish much to do with the Excellence Carmen Meshita, & Brianna provided me, I would rate them On the scale to 1 to 10 theyre are a solid 11.

I am not one to complain, but I have had the worst customer service with this storage unit. Firstly, upon sign up, the whole $1 first month special is a scam. Add on another $60 to the total for the insurance premium, admin fee and mandatory lock. Additionally, paying my bill has been a nightmare. I do not live near the storage unit, therefore a walk-in payment is not an option. Unless I want to pay an additional fee to pay over the phone, I figured online payment would be an easy option, but I was wrong... When trying to login into my online profile, my email was not registered upon sign up. Without this, I can not create a new profile. I figured I would call customer service and have this resolved. After 20 minutes of calling an automated customer service line and trying to be connected, I went through a loophole of options and could not be connected. I called the storage office nearly ten times through out the day, left two voicemails and no one answered the phone. The next day I called again and they told me they couldnt help with payment options, but I could call customer service. It has been incredibly difficult to pay my bill, which seems to me to be yet another scam to get more money for a late-payment fee. DO NOT STORE HERE IF YOU CAN NOT PAY IN PERSON. Wish me luck trying to call customer service for the 10th time.

I am currently a Public Storage customer and I am moving my residence. Therefore, I was very pleased to find a new Public Storage facility nearby that met my storage requirements. I stopped pass the PS office to fill out the new paperwork and get a tour of the storage facility. Venus showed us the proposed storage locker and helped me in filling out the required documentation. Venus is very cordial and knowledgeable about the Public Storage business. She even sold me some packing/storage materials.All in all, I greatly enjoyed my visit. I really liked the cleanliness of the facility and Venus help and efficiency in explaining the documents to me. The other people behind the desk were also very courteous and personable, the facility is top notch, the storage lockers are immaculate and the online Grand Opening Sale is great. Thank you Venus for a wonderful experience.

Friendly, professional staff. PS advertises call, or go online to reserve a space. They dont ask that you reserve the storage w/a credit card. They are honest there. Since doing business w/them, Id been ill. So monthly or so when I go Im accompanied by a friend who helps me add to, or take away, shift things around in the space I rent. If I need something, be it from the manager, or various staff, they assist me. I have never encountered one of, and felt as though I/we were bothering them. I absolutely have no professional and/or personal affiliation w/PS. I am a retired US Marine. I compliment where I feel it warrants. Me and my mom just recently made a reservation for a unit at this storage, the process was easy and fast. We went there today (8/5/2014) to see the storage and we were impressed to see everything so organized and clean. Venus was very helpful and she made sure that everything was going good. Natalie was very courteous and down to earth when she first greeted us. She made us feel comfortable while she was giving us the tour of the storage and she showed us two options before we seen the one we chose. Natalie was also very knowledgeable of the paperwork and did a great a job of explaining everything to us. If your looking for a new storage to move your stuff into, choose THIS ONE! At the beginning I thought fine Ill pay a dollar for the first months rent but then they push on the insurance and the lock that is mandatory so I ended up paying $90.... When I first came in there were nice and friendly as I started coming frequently to take off stuff from my storage unit thats when all the friendliness stop. Upon renting the unit I was asked to go on Google and give them five stars before I even started my process. At times the placce is nice and clean at time i come and see all the trash thats left behind by other ppl... Im giving it a 2-star because its much more cleaner then the one out in LA off of the 110 freeway and then Manchester....

The Public Storage in this location is so great , the people in this location are very friendly and kind, they know how treat customers the location was very clean . They helped me understand how the process of renting a storage unit works , they were able to answer all my questions, it really looks like they know what they are doing ,well trained, they helped me get some boxes and tapes they suggested them for my transition to this location.They informed me about the discounts they had on the boxes. I just wanted to thanks Antonio , Venus and Natalie , Great workers, Polite , and a bonus the guy was cutie. Over all great experience .

Hello all! First let me start off by saying out of all the storage places Ive been too, this one is the BEST. This location is always clean and people are always friendly and there to help. Venus, Natalie, and Lucy are always professional with their jobs and are always a huge help. I recommended this location to a few people, and they moved in a couple months after I told them and they are really happy with this new location. I like it because it is convenient, clean, and the employees are always there to help. Thank you very much Natalie, Venus, and Lucy! Keep up the good work (: P.S. - THEY DESERVE A RAISE. $$$$$

Perla, Jennifer, Mary, they are just wonderful staff, very professional, polite, best service you could ever get, couldnt ask for more. Facility itself is very clean, easy access, very convenient parking, I absolutely will recommend this branch to anyone. ** Remember, I scouted for Storage places before I found this place. I cant believe other Storage Personnel wont even look at you to say, "Well be with you one moment". We stood there for awhile, as if we were not existing. Big thanks to you ladies. It was a very pleasant experience. You made our day.
