This was my first, and possibly most important, storage episode. And it was perfect. SoCal Storage at Hollywood and Bronson excelled in every facet I could have thought of. The location couldn’t be better – right in the middle of Hollywood, right next to the 101. The building is clean and bright. There are no ugly stains on the walls or floors and no bulbs that are out. The bathroom, even though it gets a lot of traffic, stays remarkably clean. And I do mean remarkably. Because I had been flooded out of my downtown location, I had to do inventory on 15K pieces of clothing that I had just bought. I was in my units every day, all day, and I had occasion to use the bathroom often. Each time I used it, morning, noon, or afternoon, it was as if no one had used it at all. I had two separate units and they were both clean and dry, and after 7 months there was no dust in the units that I didn’t bring. And I felt my things were secure. Your security code only gets you to the floor you belong on, and the elevators only go to the garage. There were plenty of carts so you never had to lug heavy things yourself, and plenty of parking so you never had to wait and be late for whatever was next in your day. But the best part of my storage experience was the people and the service. Moses and Glenn and John know what they are doing, are professional, organized, friendly, and gracious, and took care of me at all times so that I knew my business and I were important to them. They listened to understand what I needed, and worked hard to make sure that I received it. And they always had a bottle of water ready for me if I was thirsty. I would say it was a terrific experience overall and if I ever need another storage unit, I know where I am going. Thank you Moses, Glenn, and John for a great experience. Take care fellas. JWolf.

If your a local resident that needs a storage unit on a case by case basis, then go see Jesse and Moses at SoCal Storage off Hollywood Blvd/Bronson Ave and they will accommodate your needs with no contracts required. I was in between Apartment units and needed a temporary storage unit while I was in transition. Jesse was very polite over the phone and listened to my full situation before offering me the right size unit at a discounted rate because I was only needing the storage space for 1-2 weeks. The location is conveniently located by the 101 Freeway in Hollywood and the layout is easy to load/unload your storage unit into your vehicle. Jesse and Moses were both very friendly and helpful each time I needed to use the transport carts and also in explaining the storage until access and set up process upon my initial walk through. If every business was ran with the same type of professionalism and service towards their customers needs the world would be a happier and better place for all. Dont sell yourself short if your a local So Cal resident the next time your in need of a storage unit and call Jesse or Moses at So Cal Storage in Hollywood.

BEST EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Yeah MOSES!!!! I highly recommend this storage facility to all!!! For the past 2 years I have been a customer from Chicago.. I have been in a difficult situation helping a family member in need. I cant express enough how wonderful the people are here, Moses, Jesse, and Andres. Especially MOSES. He is the most understanding and compassionate person I have ever dealt with (especially for someone who has never met me). From Chicago I call him every month --not only does he help me with all my questions about the units and resources available to me but always gives me kind words and encouragement to help me through. This world needs more people like MOSES!!! His positive attitude and willingness to help people is a characteristic you dont find often in people these days. I cant wait to meet him in person one day to personally thank him for all he has done for me. He deserves good pay -Dont ever lose him!!! People like him are in high demand! He truly cares about people and making their lives easier. SOOOOO lucky to have chosen this storage facility. It was fate for me! DONT EVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to amazing men running Hollywood & Bronson So Cal Storage Location. I did a thorough research on storages in Los Angeles before I made a decision in favor to this Storage last year. The choice was obvious. The facility is impeccably clean, safe, air conditioned and very friendly. The customer service is outstanding! Moses, Jesse and Ed always treat you as their top priority and always make you feel great. You can tell they really care about every customer and every question/concern you might have. This level of customer service and friendliness is very hard to find in LA. But on top of that, its also a fun place to visit that makes your trip to a storage pretty exciting :) Moses added a "hollywood" touch to the buildings interior, which gave this place a unique character. A friendly smile and a bottle of cold water always expect you at the reception. I have been a happy customer here for almost a year, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable storage facility.

To Whom It May Concern: This review is in reference to the So Cal Self Storage (Hollywood/Bronson) facility and its employees. Being a current storage customer at this facility for approx. two years is because of the well secured structure of the facility and its FANTASTIC employees who continually keep the facility and its customers "top notch" in every aspect. The facility itself is so easily accessable with state of the art 24hour security protection. Also, the employees Moses, John, and Glenn ALWAYS go above their call of duties to continuously provide EXCELLENT customer service satisfaction! They (Moses, John, and Glenn) are profoundly professional (and personable) to make sure each and every customer receives the proper attention that i have seen/experienced anywhere. The storage facility itself and the staff working here are simply the best! We have had our most prized possessions in storage here for over four years and I never worried about them ever! First, the facility is always extremely clean. Never too hot. So impressed with the security system that wont even allow someone behind you walking into the elevator with you. Each unit needs to punch in their own code to activate the elevator. Office staff couldnt be more pleasant to deal with. Always friendly, and always ready to offer you a bottle of water when you are ready to leave (which is very much appreciated if you are moving things in or out). Moses is especially friendly and always helpful above and beyond!!! They also have a large moving truck free of charge for your move-in! I would HIGHLY recommend this place for your storage needs!

I have been a customer of SoCal storage for many years and use the storage for my business needs. Because of this, I am constantly in and out of the storage facility. I appreciate the air-conditioned, clean and well lit facility. The facility itself is located next to a busy Thai restaurant so there are always people there. I feel safe when I access the facility by myself. The customer service is always on point. People answer my calls and I can step into the office and speak with people there. Moses especially has been extremely helpful and available. He appreciates my small business needs and works with me as my needs change (which has involved changing units, adding units, etc.). He has always been courteous and never tries to upsell me on what i dont want. My experience here has been seamless and great.
