They should be jaiiled. They are thieves and liars. I had my property stolen worth at least $1200.00. Filed a police case. No result so far. Case details: I was about to vacate the place because the cost was going up and "Public Storage" was cheaper. PSS (price self storage) has price matching policy. But they said, since you have already been here, we will not match the price! Fine. I decided to move and gave them 15 days manadatory advance notice. Just 3 days before I was about to move, there was a theft in my unit, which we found when we went there in the evening. I and wife could not believe the missing stuff. We went to complain to the store manager. Now unbelievable story starts here. Store Manager (Steve) says you might have taken your stuff and dont remember. You are irresponsible as you have your stuff here in our office. Any one can take them! First of all, I thought he will be shocked to hear that. And then next he would like to come to check our unit. Neither of that ever happened. My wife was already depressed. Listening to this she could not believe it. She was on the verge of crying. I had to tell her, in front of Steve, that Steve is an idiot. He doesnt know what he is saying. There was nothing else we could do that time other than changing the lock. It was getting late and they were closing the office. I called the police. But since there was no forced entry involved, cops declined to show up and advised us to file a complain at the police station. We lodged the complaint the same night. Next day we went to PSS to ask few more questions we had, since we didnt know how can someone enter our unit without breaking the lock! We found that our unit alarm had gone off at 6:45am, while the gate opens at 7am! (The alarm goes off when someone opens his/her unit.) When I enquired about it, Debbie (another moron), who works there, says sometimes we come early and open the gate. When I told her that the office hour starts at 8am! She insisted on her statement. I asked, who was there yesterday morning. She said, she was. I asked, what time did you come yesterday. She said, she did not remember! And then she says, whenever her boyfriend drops her. All this time she had a smug smile on her face, which I could not understand. She then went on saying, you guys might have come in and dont remember or must have given key to your unit to someone and dont remember! How come I can open my unit at 6:45am when I know that the gate time is 7am! (Later, I visited the location couple of times early morning just to find that the gate never opens before 7am) Later I found that the alarm for my unit was switched off permanently and it never came back on! When I enquired about that, Debbie said you guys might have switched it off yourself, who knows. Since there was no forced entry who else can do it! All these blamings back to us and no sympathy or no investigation made us belief that it seemed to be an inside job. We were not given any log file of our unit entry/exit date/time. We were not shown any video when requested of that particular day. These crooks should be punished for whatever they did to us. They should be jailed if found guilty. We suffered from the theft, but we suffered more because of these people. Theft is something we can take upon because we dont have total control. But some shmuck telling us that we did it and all the other evidences are our doing, is very frustrating. Wish I could do something about this. I called District Area Manager Michelle and left a voicemail for her. But she did not respond either.

As a new client there I had high hopes, but now my review is not a good one. I am still in my first month and I had a theft there last week and was LIED to by Wendy who told me to call in 2 days to speak to Christine the Manager to see video footage. My husband went in to speak to her in person 2 days later and was unfortunately given lame excuses and MAJOR attitude from the DM Brian Majors. Apparently their security cameras were BROKEN for over a week, conveniently when our items were stolen. Most of them were replaceable, EXCEPT for one apartment application that has ALL of my personal info, like my Social Security Number, Bank info, etc., so basically my IDENTITY! What makes no sense and is suspicious is that Wendy knew the cameras were not working and LIED to us saying we could contact Christine two days later to see the video footage. Wendy also said that the clients there have expensive things and nobody steals since they are good people. This made no sense why she would say this either, cameras are there for a reason, SECURITY! When we called Christine, we were told the DVR was broken since the week before and was being repaired. She said Wendy should have told us, and did not know why she didnt. After thinking of reasons for Wendy to lie, it made sense that it is an inside job since the only people aware of cameras not working are the employees. So great job Wendy, now you are a suspect! Even if we got a subpoena and filed a report there is NO VIDEO FOOTAGE to view. I thought my belongings were secure, now I suspect an inside job and am fearing identity theft. I would not recommend this storage facility. The free truck sounded great but now I think its another excuse to get you in there so they can scope out your things and take what they want. Sorry but since Brian Majors was a MAJOR prick to my Husband, and Wendy is a liar, what are we left to think? Our stuff vanished and even with insurance through their company we have nothing to go on. Its very suspicious and unfortunate and they failed to be professional, now they just look like thieves. I cant wait to move out!! Something is very fishy. Christine was nice and so is Sergio, but that does not bring my stuff back and I am SO disappointed.

I Dont want to go to specific in my experience, but the stuff working there is beyond rude,Kelly Delgado and Isabel .when you sign the first time, everything is peaches and cream because they want to hook you up,then ugly surprises start to appear. The rent increases 45 to 60 dol each 6 months and it doesnt matter if you are long term customer and dont even think to complain about it ,because then is when they really show who really are (thieves),immediately they start to argue with you and that is because ,this 2 women working there get a commission of your rent and I learned that, because I befriended the maintenance guy named Edwin ,so you already have your stuff inside and you are stucked. The last thing is I got a break in at my unit and some electronic equipment that I had was gone ,of course their insurance dont cover that, the funny thing is I placed a lock that they sold to me with 2 spare keys ,so of course they have a copy ,because the unit door wasnt broken,so the person that entered in my unit it has the key.The good thing is the place is clean but is not worth all the trouble,so you decide thx.

I have been a customer here for two years now and reading the reviews from former our current customers could not be true. First of all the facility is a dream come true for a storage facility, its clean, safe and in a good location. I pay online ( auto pay ) as that works well for my business, my current credit card was about to expire and Wendy called me to let me know that my old card was about to expire and i needed to update my account with a new credit card. I went in to update my credit card information and was greeted by Terry and Brian who made me feel like i was the only one renting from them, they were very pleasant and very professional. Terry took my new credit card information and i had to sign a new credit card form but it was fast and easy!! If you are looking for a clean, safe, customer friendly storage facility this is the place. Thank you Wendy, Terry and Brian.
