I am writing this letter to inform you of how satisfied I am with your employee Stephanie Blumenthal Property Manager at 1415 Hawthorne Blvd. Redondo Beach, CA. 90278. All of my dealings with Mrs. Blumenthal have indeed represented the quintessential example of "Corporate America" hiring at its finest. On March 8, 2016, I had been shopping prices for a 10x20 unit close to my home, and I had made up my mind to go to Self Storage located at 4300 Emerald St. Torrance, Ca. I had made my decision based upon their introductory offer to pay the 1st months rent @ $335.00 plus a $20 fee and get the 2nd month free. However, I decided I would go to US Storage to check your facility because of a recommendation from a business associate of mine, who rents at your establishment. He had told me that once I met the staff, I would probably change my mind. Upon my arrival, I immediately noticed how well the buildings and grounds were kept. When I walked into the front office to inquire about the price of units and the availability I met Mrs. Blumenthal whom I found to be very personable. She was extremely courteous, attentive, and exhibited so many other wonderful professional qualities. The many attributes Mrs. Blumenthal displayed helped me to make my decision. I decided to go with US Storage even though the rate was slightly higher than Self Storage in Torrance which is closer to my home. Due to all of my aforementioned positive experiences, I will not hesitate to recommend your company to all my friends and family. In all sincerity, I truly want to express my heartfelt thanks to Mrs. Blumenthal for all of her assistance in convincing me that I had made the right decision. We love US Storage Center at 1415 Hawthorne Blvd., Redondo Beach, CA 90277. The manager, Stephanie, is always courteous, helpful, willing to accommodate our often time-sensitive requirements, and crazy schedules. I started with one unit and now have 4. I have never had a problem with security or the safety of my household goods in storage; in fact, Stephanie called to let me know I had placed my lock in such a way that the unit was not secure, so I raced over and corrected the problem. She also recommended the movers that Ive used twice and plan to use again soon. She and the staff are awesome! Ive never had such great service - I cleaned out my Marina del Rey unit and moved it over to Redondo Beach - better access to my unit and dollies, open longer hours, etc. I recommend this facility early and often to all my friends and colleagues. Ive now bought my new home and emptied all 4 of my storage units. Stephanie and her crew were extremely accommodating and helpful throughout my stressful move. The movers she recommended were wonderful and charged a reasonable fee to move my belongings a long distance from the facility. I never had a problem entering, exiting or feeling that my belongings were in a secure facility.

Customer Service with a smile! You dont see that much anymore these days. So, when we rented storage space at US Storage in Redondo Beach and were treated like "old friends, we knew we had come to right place! There are so many places to rent from in the South Bay, we are so glad we found Stephanie at the first place we went. She just goes out of her way to make you feel like you made the right choice before you sign anything. Having all the answers to all my questions was a huge weight off my shoulders. By the time I left, I had rented (1) 10 X 30 foot space for my personal stuff, (1) 10 X 20 for my business and even referred a family member which got us both a huge discount! The security is great, the hours are perfect, the spaces are clean and well lit. Most of all, Stephanie and her crew are always around to help or just say, "Hello" or wave on my way in and out of the facility. Ive even told my friends about and business associates what great facility and staff are on hand at US Storage in Redondo Beach.

Hello! LA!! You can STOP LOOKING, because if you want a place that will SAVE YOU MONEY$$...this place ROCKS!! Heres my story... I was unhappy with my old storage place in El Segundo, they raised my rent twice in 6 months!! Omg!! Highway Robbery!! So after Much online research, I walked into US Storage in Redondo Beach looking for a welcome change. Stephanie, the Manager, and Emily the Assi. Manager (who are awesome), immediately took me under their wings and went over all my options. They have a combined experience of over 12 years, they love their job and it shows!! They are a WHIZ at Saving you Money$$ and treated me with respect and had lots of patience. Not only did I find the same unit at a CHEAPER price, and I DONT have to Buy Insurance like at my old storage place. Woohoo! People, I left as A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and fun to talk to. I will be here for awhile..so LA CUSTOMERS... Come Check out US Storage!! It is worth a visit!!

Dwayne has always made it so easy to tend to business here at the Redondo Beach facility & whenever I go into the office to conduct business his friendly demeanor puts a smile on my face. I did my research before choosing this facility. Having called about 10 other places in Torrance & surrounding area & speaking to as many managers as I could, USStorage here in Redondo had the best prices & a friendly, helpful staff who does their utmost to be considerate of customers needs. I helped my 70 yr. old aunt when she was using m******n & p****c s*****e, both in torrance & both places were so supremely unhelpful, all they had to say was "what size do you want? it costs this much." Seeing that she was an elderly woman they didnt even offer her a unit on the first floor, I had to step in and push the clerk to look for one. I would highly recommend this place.

My first contact with US STORAGE RODONDO BEACH was with dewayne.Very polite,professional,and well versed with the day to day operations of the facility.Must of been taught by STEPHANIE the PROPERTY MANAGER. She always greets you by your first name. The grounds are very clean. At times I see Stephanie patrolling the grounds and thats nice. Times I dont see Stephanie I will see QUEENIE checking the grounds. I swear they must be twins. Not sure never seen them together. Heres the bottom line when looking for storage. Here at US STORAGE RODONDO BEACH they use state of the art survelliance,24 hr.video, and the RODONDO BEACH POLICE DEPT. runs tactis at night. I just recently rented a storage space and was helped by Emily. I had spoke with her on the phone before I came over to see the space and sign the paper work, (which only took a couple minutes). Emily immediately remembered who I was when I came to their property. She had all of the paper work ready to go. I was taken to the storage space in their electric cart and back in the office and 10 minutes later I was unloading my first load. While I was getting everything pulled out of my SUV, Emily came up with the cart and a hand cart for me to use. She just did that without being prompted. What a nice touch! So 5 thumbs up to US Storage and specically the Hawthorne Blvd location.
