Ive been here for more than 4 years. Im really happy with the service. Its a little expensive, but its close to home. The people in the office are great. Theyre very helpful and willing to do everything they can to meet my needs and answer my questions. Theyre nice and funny too. I like dealing with them. Reading the other reviews, Im wondering who doesnt know that you need to bring your own lock to a storage unit? Prorated rent? When does that ever happen, anywhere? Sounds like someones never rented a storage unit before. These guys are professional and have given me everything that they promised. I can read the contract.

The in-house staff is nice. BUT - the facility is NOT SECURE. My storage unit was broken into as well as 4 others. They didnt notify us until a day later. When we were giving the police report we found out it wasnt the 1st time this location had been broken into! Also, I feel management could have been a little more involved - they werent at all. It would have been nice if they would have offered to at least replace our locks! Ill be moving whats left of my stuff to a more secure facility asap.

Believe it or not, we have been customers of this Public Storage facility for 25 years. That pretty much says it all. They are top notch professionals in every way. The facilities themselves are clean and well maintained. But it is the office personnel who make being a customer a wonderful experience. They are always courteous, helpful, informed, and go out of their way to make the experience pleasant. I particularly commend Andie and Perla. They are terrific.

My husband and I have been at this storage facility for over two years now. Through the course of life what we thought was going to be short term storage turned out to be a long term thing. But Lucy and Andie make it all worth while, always pleasant and smiling when we walk into the office to make our payments. The building is well lit and clean. Plenty of parking too. Keep up the good work.

Melissa was great! Really accommodating in getting us the best type of storage for our needs! She called us promptly on the first of the month to let us know that our reservation was ready! Really lovely and easy to work with. I have previously worked with Sandra at this location and she is great too! I always feel comfortable with the team at Public Storage in El Segundo! Thanks

The staff that helped me out, Karen & Angie are awesome. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and fun! I would have given the property 5-Stars, but the unit was substantially smaller than advertised, (it is listed as 5X10 but is actually 46"X9). A queen size mattress is exactly 5 wide, so I couldnt fit it sideways. The location is great, and I feel safe with my belongings stored there.

When I came inside to inquire about a storage unit Oshanna was very polite and was very informative about the property, the property was very secure and well kept. She helped a lot with all of questions and my needs. Currently Im looking to make a very big move for June and I appreciate the level of professionalism she presented me with, I will definitely be back to rent!!!

Potential Renters Beware! Multiple recent burglaries of storage units at this El Segundo facility (1910 Hughes Way)over the past few months. Unethical management continues to charge rent without notifying renters that their property may have been burglarized. Other reviewers note good customer service. But, whats the point if your property is walking out the door.

Love my new storage unit!! But especially from the help of Sandra. She went out of her way to make sure my experience was nothing but a 10. She even called to follow up on how the storage unit is working for me. Im definitely going to say hello to her every time I go visit my storage. So happy I chose the location and unit!!! && with her help!! :)

I had a terrible experience with this location. When I came to retrieve my stuff on the last day of the month, the electric gate was not functioning. When I came back the next day, the manager acknowledged that the gate had not been working over the weekend but it was "not my problem". He charged me an entire extra month. Customer service = FAIL.

Just rented a storage at Public Storage on Hughes Way EL Segundo. The Property Manager Andie Had Excellent Customer Service. This was my first experience renting a storage in my life . She was very kind and very knowledgeable on different sizes and prices which made my life so much easier. Thanks Again Andie.

Carmen helped me out when I was in a real crunch. She was fantastic. Got me a great unit close to elevators, was also very quick on the sign in. Other times its taken forever to get set up. Carmen set me up so fast. very professional and did a great job. this facility is also very clean and nice.

I was a few minutes late to the facility after moving and battling traffic and Sandra (who works at the office there) very kindly stayed after closing to show me the unit and fill out the paper work which was especially nice considering it was her birthday and she really wanted to go home.

Andie and Perla where so nice! They called and followed up so I would not loose the space I wanted. With all the moving changes, I had to change my reservations a few times. Still I got a good spot for a good rate! Its a nice storage facility for sure.

Fake reviews, terrible management, terrible customer service. Avoid all public storage facilities in Los Angeles or you could be the next victim of their fraud. Ignore most of these positive reviews, Public Storage pays for and solicits fake reviews.
