Spent quite a bit of time trying to find a storage to move our bookstore. After we laid out our requirements, we found the Extra Space met the bulk of our requirements. Our top requirement was flexible hours. This was the only storage in this geographic area that has gate hours after 7 PM, and access everyday. The gate hours are 6:00 AM to 10 PM every day. It was very convenient to be able to reserve a unit online at a reduced rate, that I was able to lock in for a year. The facility is very clean, and they have more size options than the other facilities in the area. On the downside, I was a little upset because one of my desires was to have an electrical outlet to connect a printer. At the time I signed the contract I was told that this was not an option. When I was moving in, I found that it could be arranged for an additional charge.

I could not believe storage could be like this, I was looking for storage for just a short period of time and came to the VanNuys location because of the great reviews that I saw on Yelp. This place is great, especially the manangement team Tina and Kevin, the give really outstanding customer service and really make you feel comfortable. The facility is clean and quiet a little to far for me though, but I had to say something about the great service. Do yourselves a favor, if your looking for storage, check this place out, they have pretty good rates, but the main thing is that you will feel good about leaving your property there.

I have had many storage facility experiences and most have been mediocre at best. However, this facility has provided the BEST experience so far and will be hard to top. Every aspect of their business is professional and driven toward customer satisfaction. The folks who operate this place on a day to day basis are very pleasant, attentive, and aim to please. They are easy to get a hold of via phone and always call back. Security here is top notch, the grounds are spotless, the gates WORK, storage units are in great shape, and the rates are reasonable. I highly recommend THIS facility.

Great Place and Works Great with our Location of Work. Excellent Customer Service Christina Gilliam Store Manager Was Extremely Helpful and Informative, She Helped Us Find a bigger storage that would fit our needs and expanding Materials. We already had a smaller storage but needed a bigger one. The Grounds are Clean as well as the Units too. For us to transfer she made it easy for us by leaving the gate open thru the day as i Transferred all of our stuff and that made it very convenient . Highly recommend for either short term and long term. Very affordable. Thank you

Called an spoke to Christina about a 10x35 unit. She was very polite and extremely efficient in providing me with all the details I needed. I told her to book the unit for me, I showed up probably 30 minutes later and she was cleaning the space out for me! (such a nice gesture) We finished the paperwork and I can honestly say it was one of the smoothest and easiest processes I have ever gone through. Christina knows and is customer service, she made everything so easy on me! Thank you for assisting, I will definitely be recommending this company to others!!! :)

Having multiple storage units across the city for my various businesses Im no stranger to the process and the sometimes, if not most of the time, unpleasant experience when it comes to storage facilities. That is not the case here. Professional, fast, efficient and most of all courteous are the words to describe this place. I dont know if its the system here or if its the superstar Cristina that runs the place or a combination but whatever it is, it works and I definitely recommend this place over anywhere else. A+++++

With the new name change it was a pleasant surprise to find Christina there! This storage facility is so convenient... I couldnt resist. Christine has been absolutely delightful to work with. Her tips and recommendations made moving in very manageable. The grounds are super clean as well as my storage and so my furniture and personal belongings will remain clean for the short duration. We have a storage unit at this Van Nuys location. I cannot say enough about the Manager. She has been so nice and helpful. She has went out of her way to help us with any questions or problems that we have had. I would recommend anyone that needs a storage unit in the Van Nuys to consider Extra Space Storage (Raymer St.) The units are clean and we have had no problems with our unite. The staff is great!

I have been with them for over 10 years. Kevin and Tina are the most amazing on-site managers. They watched my boat and tent like family, and when the winds did damage, they just took care of the mess for me. They know you by name, and give me an absolute sense of comfort that everything is taken care of. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this storage facility and Kevin and Tina particularly.

Great customer service, reliable gates and conveniently located(off the beaten path some which is how I like it). Weve been leasing a space here for years and have never had one issue. Just had my roll-up door come undone some and Sarah at the office was super helpful getting me back on "track". (Sorry) Great storage place that I highly recommend.

Sara and her Manager Christina have such a great working relationship that it doesnt matter who helped first, the continuity of service is seamless. I didnt expect this high level of service from a storage facility staff and all I can tell anyone out there looking for a storage place to rent is not to look far.. this is as good as it gets!!
