Amazing customer service, at first... >>> A couple months into the rental agreement, PS advertised my exact space for $100 less per month. Thats an approx 30% decrease!! HUGE DIFFERENCE. *** $1,200/month savings (if they didnt increase monthly rent. Which they can, and will, do at their discretion).***** When I inquired with onsite management, they said they COULD NOT HONOR THE LOWER PRICE unless I terminated my current agreement, signed a new agreement, and MUST MUST MUST move my items out and back into the 10x20. >>>>> Even though I HAD NEVER EVEN REVISTED THE SPACE since the day Id moved my belongings. I spoke to onsite management. Per onsite managements advice, I spoke to national customer service. I EVEN OFFERED TO PROVIDE A 6 month commitment to the space, to be paid up-front, @ the current advertised rate! "NO, sorry, No, Uh uh.." Since then, Ive gotten massive rate increases (over an extremely short time-period). Apparently all permissible because this is a storage rental facility, not an apartment or house rental. Public Storage abuses the ability charge whatever, whenever, and without notice. You are completely at their mercy. And they have no sympathy. I recommend you to GO ON CRAIGSLIST AND FIND SOMEBODY RENTING OUT A GARAGE. Get adequate renters insurance. Youll be better off than storing your belongings at Public Storage. GUARANTEED.

Yenny set me up with a nice, clean storage unit in no time and I was moving stuff in later the same day. When I mentioned that I was going through a lot of boxes, she offered me a discount on boxes that Public Storage has available for purchase. It was a nice gesture. After I filled that unit, I realized that I needed more storage space. I just needed a little extra space, but I didnt want to drive all around the complex just to go from unit to unit. The other on-site manager, Juanito, went out of his way to find an available unit near my existing space. He found one just the right size directly across from my other unit, so I didnt need to drive all over to access both storage spaces. Perfect! Even the ride to the new unit in the Public Storage golf cart was fun. Juan is a good guy. Both managers are very friendly and accommodating. Whenever I see them, they make sure that I am happy with my storage spaces and ask if I need anything. The location is very easy to access on Del Amo Blvd, between Anza and Hawthorne.

I was a little skeptical about renting a storage unit because I was afraid of hidden fees. They had a promo of $1 for the first month, so I thought that theyd try to scam me somehow. However, I was wrong. Yenny & Juanito made the process so easy and were both amazing to work with. They did not charge me extra fees (other than the required monthly insurance and first time set-up fee that all Public Storage places charge). We only needed our unit for 1 month and literally only paid $1. We will be back whenever we need a storage unit in the future. Thank you Yenny and Juanito for being so pleasant to work with!

I cant say enough about how wonderful TEA and BECKY are to work with at this Public Storage (PS) location on Del Amo in Torrance. TEA has an amazing attitude and was so helpful and patient even though I had to call her several times with questions. Becky was also great and gave me a tour of the units. She very patiently opened several units until I found one I liked. Love that Public Storage offers the first month at $1 for 5x10 units and there are no penalties if you do not rent a 2nd month. Any company that is so easy to work and generous with their policies gets my business!!!

My brother and I just recently moved here and we needed a storage for all of our belongings, so then we called this public storage and registered a 5x6 room. Later on we went to the public storage and our storage room turned out to be small, so Juanito suggested a storage room for us, with a great deal, and it was perfect size for all our things. This public storage was an incredible help with an outstanding manager Juanito, we will definitely recommend this public storage to our friends & family. Thank you!

Both these young ladies know the meaning of providing genuine customer service. They could have taught a few of my employees on how you take care of and go beyond a customers expectations ! Ive been renting a space for a couple months now and my experiance has been nothing short of wonderful. Its very easy to access my storage any day of the week. The facility is always very clean and the employees (Juanito aka Mr. Johnnie and Yenni) do a great job handling everything. Theyre also are very kind, courteous and extremely helpful. The rates are very reasonable and I would recommend this facility for anyone who needs storage rental for short or long term service.

My storage unit is empty and I have been calling for days to cancel my unit, they wont return my messages or answer my calls. Very unprofessional and I feel it is a method of scamming people out of their money, perhaps they hope you will just forget to cancel in time so that you have to pay for additional months. Id steer clear of this place. US storage centers is where I moved my stuff to and I got way more for my hard earned dollars there.

My mother and I have been storing here for a while and I have to say I love the location and the service. Today I went in to make my payment and inquire about a bigger size and the employee Bertha was very helpful in showing me the different sizes this company carries and how to stack my items so I can get more use out of my unit.
