Earlier today I visited Extra Space Storage, to look for some storage options. I recently came from other company storages and I notice that this Extra Space Storage associates are very helpful and educational, I believe their names are Melissa and Juan. They knew exactly what I needed after I told them what Ill be storing, as I took a tour with the maintenance guy. If Im correct his name is Sergio. I notice that this facility is very clean. The other storage places have trash everywhere and it smells like urine, also it looks like people hang out there. Sergio assured my safety showing locations of cameras, and when the managers do a lock-check they double check everything when there out in the units. When Sergio is doing his maintenance routine he talks to all customers to make them feel welcome so they know his presents is among them. I am very satisfied with this place. They even have a moving kit section like boxes, tapes, and ropes. They have everything I need to start my packing.

I recently moved from Public to Extra Space Storage because their prices were better. Given my experience with the management at the previous place I wasnt expecting much going to an even less expensive establishment. I was very surprised and more than pleased with what I found. The facilities at Extra Space were far cleaner than the previous place and I found Juan to me more than accommodating and extremely friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with Extra Space Storage and recommend them to anyone looking for a good storage unit.

After 5 plus years I have seen changes. Currently the management at the Panorama City, Ca location is top notch! Not only are you treated professionally, they remeber you by name whenever you stop by. Like storage facilties, staffing is always light. But here a Panorama City they seem to understand how to handle more than one person at a time in a comfortable, courteous manner.The faclity is clean and secure. I never had any problems in the 5yrs of having my space there.

We had relocated from Burbank to North Hills and needed to downsize our storage size. Veronica of the Burbank location helped us find a unit to our price range and was able to hold a unit at the North Hills location. She had reserved a unit for us and the associate Juan called us to confirm the price and location of the unit. Thanks to both Veronica of the Burbank location and Juan of North Hills we have a storage unit!

This facility is clean and convenient. All the people I dealt with were VERy accommodating, prompt and understanding about my time constraints and needs for my move and storage. I had a very long and stressful day but they helped me in every way they could and it all worked out great!

this place is family friendly, managment is very professional malissa help us out very well .when checking the unit it was clean and the maintence guy sergio was very profetional and informed us everything on our storage needs. I would recommend this for first time storage users.

The facility is in a great location. There are a lot of small businesses, like gardeners, who use space here for daily use equipment.The Manager is Terrific. He is knowledgeable, polite and VERY helpful. The other people working here are also polite & helpful.
