I only have wonderful things to say about this company! To start with, the concept is fantastic and the service is AMAZING! Yes, they really do come and pick-up and deliver your items just as promised - easy, no hassles, polite and professional. This has got to be the way of the future for public storage. Everything is documented in pictures online and you never have to visit the storage facility again! Simply click and order when you want something picked-up or retrieved from storage. I had items in storage for a little less than a year while I was traveling and moving, and it was always really fast and easy to arrange the service as needed. They were always helpful and really accommodating with my schedule and requests. When I finally retrieved everything from storage, I was almost sad to close the account. Clutter is such a great company to deal with! I recommend them to all of my friends and clients and will ALWAYS use them whenever the need for storage arises.

I absolutely loved working them!!!! Honestly, it saved me hours! Today is the 20th of May, and I leave town tomorrow- was so scared I wasnt going to get it done. So Im moving out of town and had a certain date to leave. I was up against a deadline and didnt know if I could get it all done. I was so glad after I booked that Conrad called me the day before and told me what to expect, but also asked important questions that I wouldnt have thought of. I literally sat there and got work done while they moved, and I never have to go to the storage unit. Best of all, they took pics of everything, scanned and labeled everything so if I ever needed anything, I could go right to it. Literally the best.

Clutter did a great job helping us make room in our 1b/1ba apartment! We are expecting a baby in October and needed to make some space. We are renovating our new place and wont be able to move in until January so this was the perfect solution for us in the interim! Alfredo and Will did an awesome job organizing, packing and documenting all of our items! The whole process was very smooth-- they were on time, friendly and efficient. First hour of packing/loading is free, first month of storage is free... Ultimately this saved us a lot of time and money, we would highly recommend!!

My husband and I used Clutter to pack up and store our entire apartment before leaving with one way tickets to Paris. The Clutter guys were so helpful, nice, and fast! They took pictures of everything and have a whole inventory of all the boxes we have packed away. This is so hopefully as we really dont want to come home from France and with clutter will be able to select certain boxes to be taken out of storage that we really need! Honestly this whole system is brilliant and they made our moving day soooooo less stressful! We love Clutter!

Its a new era in storaging stuff. I was looking for a nice self storage company for a decent price. I saw clutter in google results and decided to give them a call. What a surprise it was for me to hear that they help you pack, they store your stuff, they take pictures of inventory thus you remember what exactly you stored and have access to your stuff and they deliver whatever you need whenever you. And the best part is that their prices are so much better than any storage I found. Will totally recommend to my friends :)

Clutter is such a phenomenal find! They really understand the emotional connection and dependency we have to stuff. The staff was so patient when I, as a homeowner, had to deal with some issues. They were punctual, professional and helpful. I would recommend them to every homeowner looking to clear out or set aside items that are taking up too much space. Even bed frames werent too much for these guys! Love that this kind of place exists. Much more personal and accessible than your average storage company.

Ray and Max are super awesome! They managed to move a bunch of my stuff in record time, including the ones I forgot to pack. Super efficient and also super friendly, they came fight on time and everything has pretty much been a breeze. There was a new guy who was moving into my apartment and tbh I like my movers better, theyre in cooler shirts and not super sulky. 10% bonus for them being hot to boot, Im a lucky girl!! Great concept of storage pickup, online storage inventory display and delivery on request. All of this for 1st one hour free! Elves & Mitch from Clutter who helped me with the storage are true professionals and very friendly! They called 1 hour before the pick, came right on time, moved everything swiftly without wasting any time and even did not charge me for the extra 10 min over the free 1 hr. This is a great storage concept and this company has a bright future!

From the initial phone call to the pick up, this new company is amazing!!! I cant believe no one thought of this sooner. They pick up your storables, barcode, catalog & take pix for your online database. Then, they deliver whatever you ask for, without the excess stuff you dont need. And to make things even better... theyre cheaper too!!! Oh em gee! I am gonna be their new spokesperson soon. Lol

I initially just needed a place to stash some random furniture during a move, but I now use Clutter for my adventure gear too. It saves space in my apartment, and I can get all my camping gear delivered to my door a few days before a camping trip. After the trip, Clutter picks it up and takes it back to storage for me. If you have a small apartment but big outdoor gear you need Clutter!

Best service around and there is a lot of bad in LA. They were perfect from start to finish. One guy was super helpful and even told me about the discount. The guys rock. just moved to LA recently and had a a lot of stuff to send to storage. customer service was awesome and in two days they were here to pick everything up and take it into their storage facility. no muss no fuss.
