Yesterday October 31, 2016 I had an extremely unpleasant experience trying to clear out my storage unit. The opening associate was completely unprofessional.Upon my arrival I realized I had forgotten my key to my lock at home so my uncle and I decided to wait for the day shift to open up and request to have the lock cut off. The woman that came out was Jenny, she walked up to the vehicle a little before 8am and asked if we needed help. I responded by telling her that I was waiting for them to open because I needed to empty out my unit and I needed to have the lock cut off. Instantly she gave me an attitude and told me that no there was no way to do that because they only cut locks off on Tuesday and Thursday. I tried telling her that I was informed that I had to have the unit cleared out by 6pm but she was shouting over me. She continued going off on me telling me I needed to go back home and get the key at this point I mentioned that I lived in Ontario and her response was, "well you should have been here Thursday or come back tomorrow".I was already highly irritated but tried not to lose my composure she kept shouting saying that she didnt know what I was going to do to get my storage clear but I would have to call a lock smith or wait till 10am to see if the following associate would be able to take the lock off.After her shouting my uncle and I left the location to purchase bolt cutters, we returned and started going to the unit when she stopped us and started shouting at us asking what we were doing. I told her I was going to empty my unit and she asked if I had the key, I told her I did not and I was going to cut it off and instantly she said no youre not and began threatening to call the cops on us. She said that if we got out of the truck she would call the cops.My uncle explained to her that he just was there to help me and told her that she needed to stop shouting in his face. Following that she responded," yes I do need to yell at you guys cause youre not following the rules if you want to cut the lock I need to watch you and you have o sign a paper". He said fine we would sign the paper.My uncle tried explaining to her that she was giving us an attitude that was unnecessary and that she could have told us in a nicer way or given us alternative methods to get my stuff out of the unit.Her attitude changed toward my uncle and she told him if he wanted we could use the larger bolt cutter that they had available there. Overall she was completely unprofessional and her attitude baffled me because she was so friendly when I first opened the unit. She was not helpful at all nor did she make the situation any easier and didnt give any alternatives to resolve or avoid the situation.It is extremely unfortunate that such a well kept storage facility and also an affordable one did not have a better associate there to help.I think Jenny needs training on better customer service skills and a guide on alternative methods on dealing with situations like mine.

Evelyn Saravia. The best of all employees. She is presentable, clean and nice to communicate. SUPERB in all and gives my day COMPLETE. She make sure all my two storage unit for 5 years safe and clean. One time I got panic because my brand new LEXUS CAR the steel gate. And I thought my DINER GLASS WAS BROKEN. Then For seconds she called me and she said I dont worry about the gate because she fix it and my finger GLASS was miracously fox also with my prayers . Thumbs up and pray she will had another 3 decade of work to this job. Others are only concern on themselves but Evelyn she is the real worker. GOD BLESS.

Rent goes up every 6 months a lot!! No notice eithee. They claim they send out a letter but even If I saw it I would still be irritated that once again they raised us. Front office have such an attitude. The manager isnt bad and tries to be helpful but only when you have to become heavy handed which I would never prefer as my option. Woukd live to move but that requires us to hire help and its just not that easy. Wish it was. I do not at all recommend us storage in mission hills

This place is the best storage I could find for a great monthly charge. I went to public storage first but they are like double the price. I really like this U.S storage location! Im very happy for the best service and 1st time customer treatment. I really was happy applying for the storage unit with Mr. Diego and Francisco very great staff!! Wish the world had more helpful people like these two gentlemen! 10 star service!!!

I went to this storage facility to help my mom move her stuff and the ladies in the office were so nice and helpful. I forgot where unit was and one lady went to show me. She even made sure there were pushcarts available so I can move the stuff easier. She gave me her card and said I can call the office if i have any questions. The property was very clean. I would recommend this place to my friends and family for sure.

I highly recommend US Storage in Mission Hills, Jenny and Evelyn are the consummate professionals. they know their stuff. pleasant cheerful with great personalities. They honestly care. thats what sets Mission Hills Storage apart from all the other storage companies these girls rocks. Its conforting to know your personal belongings are in a safe and well kept facility. Thank you!

Customer service is always great; however, the online services arent. I have been over charged twice (once for two months rent and another instance for three months rent). I have used the service for the past four years and have experienced two rate increases. It would be great if customer appreciation could be in the form of stable rent for 3-5yrs for clients over two years.

Moving is stressful,, especially when one has to deal with with lousy customer service at a storage unit. Lucky for us, that is not the case at US Storage, the personnel are SUPER friendly, knowledgeable of the facility and availability of units. Trina made the move-in very quick and stress free. The facility is very clean and well maintained. And GREAT prices! Thanks!

Went in to get a unit today and Trina was awesome. She was very nice and very helpful. She showed me the different units and was very helpful in helping us choose one that would be big enough for our storage necessities. I will definitely encourage anyone looking for somewhere to store their belongings to go here. The service is very helpful and friendly!

Just got storage space here and staff was very helpful, kind and understanding . I was not sure what size I really needed and they asked me questions to determine what was the best size for my needs.
