I came in to buy some boxes and found that not only to they have a great deal on boxes but they sell different packing supplies as well. Moving and packing yourself can be quite tedious and frustrating but Christy was an amazing help! She asked me a variety of questions to see what all i was packing and helped me find what I needed for my TV and dishes. She also asked whenever I was going to be needing storage. I was unaware that they had storage since they are located on a Plaza on a busy part of Wilshire. I let her know that I hadnt planned of a storage space but since she had mentioned it I wanted to see what my options were. She showed me a few unit, and although I didnt rent since I didnt plan on a renting a storage unit I now know where I would plan on storing since its just down the ways from where it live. I moved from OC to Santa Monica and I needed to store some items and picked this location. The location is really convenient and the place is really secure with a gate and elevator code and cameras. Michael, the property manager, is really helpful, there was an issue with my unit and he called me that same day and we took care of the issue. I recently gave my notice to move-out and he was helpful is setting the date and telling me how much the cost was and closing my account. I do have to say that the price for the unit is kind of steep compared to other locations, but the manager is really helpful and I have not had an issue at all.

Gemma at the front desk is a great representation for this office/company. Shes very knowledgeable and willing to assist with any of your moving needs. I wasnt sure what exactly I needed and with a couple of short questions we were on our way to see a space. She let me know what would be the best way to store me items and showed me different items they had available to pack my items accordingly. Its in the middle of a plaza so you might miss it the first time around, I highly recommend this office because the manager at the front its really great and personable.

My roommates and I needed to store some stuff and at first we had no idea how anything worked or what size space we might need. When we came in, Gemma at the front was super helpful and friendly. She told us everything we needed to know upfront and helped us figure out what space would be best for us. She really took the time to answer all of our questions and we so appreciated it. We felt really comfortable after talking with her. If you have questions or concerns about renting I hope Gemmas there to help you!

I made a reservation over the phone, and a spoke to a woman named Jasmine. She was very pleasant and helpful too the point where I rushed to the store to purchase a unit from her. Once my spouse and I got to the place she showed us two units. I told her about how my day has been going . She was very professional and knew what she was doing. Edwin and caesar were fantastic, nice, helpful and went above and beyond to make my storage experience easy. For some reason my unit had a lock that was broken, and Edwin was a creative problem solver and spent time to get the unit open, when anyone else could have easily said too bad its not going to open. They knew I really needed a spot on the first floor, and they made it happen! I would recommend 3010 Wilshire storage to anyone. Thank you guys for all the help!

I went box hunting with my mother because I am moving out of my house to an apartment. We stumbled across a few places that sold them but I thought they were too expensive. Then we found this place and was greeted by kris. She went above and beyond to help me find the best and cheapest boxes. Come to my surprise she knows sign language!(my mother was born without the ability to hear) she was awesome, amazing and astonishing! Give this lady a raise!

This last weekend I went to check out prices on storage locations. Im going to be moving to the Santa Monica area. I visited this Public Storage on Wilshire in Santa Monica and Julia assisted me. She was awesome! Very professional and so nice. She took the time to show me two different spaces. Companies should have more employees like her that actually care about customer service! For the first time in a long time I left a business with no complaints .The young lady Kelsey is very pleasant she gives Public storage a better reputation then what you hear. She went out her way to help me load things onto a cart. And when I said it was ok her every response was no problem its my job . If you want to have a clean environment and great customer service please do business with the Wilshire location . Great job Kelsey

He followed up with me leading up to the move-in and was very informative. On the day of the big move, he even gave my movers water--it was a hot day! I did inquiry about different sizes for future storage needs; she showed me a few spaces that would work. I cant wait to come back mid-August to rent here.
