As soon as I walked thru the door, the staff straight away greeted me with a smile. I was there for a quote only, I got my quote and a whole lot more. The staff 1st helped me to decide which size unit would fit my belongings. Very detailed in asking what type of furniture I wanted to stored there. We discussed it room by room. After weve decided on a possible size, the front house staff called on the the rear house staff to come and show me a couple available units. Fernandos his name. He arrived up front in minutes in his electric golfed sized cart. This man was fantastic. He set me beside him in his cart and with utmost patience, explained in detail everything he thought I should know about the facility. From store hours to site security to free truck service to free manpower help. I was amazed. He made me feel wanted there. Fernando actually took me on a tour. How could I say no-thanks to all that service? Good grief, I was sold. Id bet my bottom dollar that youd find no other storage facility that gives you these and more incentives than Gardenas "SAF KEEP STORAGE" check it, and just for fun, they even have a spin wheel for new signups to win free stuff. I won a lottery ticket. I trust my keepsakes are safe here, wont you?

I am a huge fan of Saf Keep Storage located in Gardena, CA. The customer service that I receive remains consistent and always friendly as well as helpful. I havent had a negative experience since Ive been using their facilities. In addition, their company has a competitive advantage with their pricing. When I visited another facility prior to Saf Keep the staff wasnt friendly and their pricing and fees were ridiculous. I decided to try Saf Keep and they were more than helpful in assisting me with the right unit size for storage as well as pricing that fit my budget. Saf Keep also has a truck that you can rent which is convenient and as a result keeps you from having to rent one from another company (dont waste money). Another plus, the facility is clean and is monitored on a regular basis. I would highly recommend that you give Saf Keep Storage a try.

From the very first day my service from this location has rated at expectations. My unit was always seen how I left it. I have never experienced anything bad while taking and bringing my things. The only hiccups Ive had was they never changed my last name on my bill, current husband hated that lol. The price hike which wasnt that high, is why I gave four stars and not five. Ten dollars was taken from somewhere else but other than that I have been satisfied. Thanks Saf Keep in Gardena!

Upon my arrival i was impressed, First with the Professional and Courteous Staff. Second, the cleanliness of the entire facility. When my previous storage rental, again, raised their rental fees I went on the hunt for a new facility. But because I never heard of Safe Keep I didnt have on my list, then accidently drove by their facility and it looked inviting, clean and safe. I was right, the staff were extremely welcoming and they took the time to explain in details their security levels and access. I highly recommend Safe Keep!
