At first, they were friendly and nice to get me to sign up. However, upon move in (using their PODS service) they damaged a container of my stored items. They admitted fault & informed me they would pay for any damaged items. A few days into the process of filing the claim, they fired the manager who was helping me, and he was also the only company employee to witness the damaged items upon opening the container. Since then Ive spent months trying to get them to follow through. Most of the time I do not receive a reply to emails or inquiries regarding the claim. They are quick to bill you the minute its due, but every time I ask them for something it seems I never get a response. I may have to initiate legal action to get them to keep their word and reimburse me for damages.

Clean facility. Good service but never see the same customer service rep more than a few times. I was late going out the facility by 2 minutes one night. Had to call the emergency number, the CSR did everything that she could to help me get out asap. Have had nothing but good experiences with SOS. Hope this will confine. One suggestion though, maybe post the gate/facility hours somewhere that current customers can be reminded of what they are, as we do not carry our paper work with us at all times and most people will not remember everything that was stated at time of initial renting of unit.
