When I needed to move, US Storage was close at hand, immediately available, affordable and the best around for quality and hours of accessibility. Like everyone, figuring only to stay a month or two. Instead, three-years-plus later, I am still enjoying the many advantages of my unit. Safe, clean, protected. Only wish I was still in their immediate area, to take advantage of the convenience and longer gate hours (6am to 9pm, every day). To be perfectly honest, I do question their mandatory "protection plan" fee. The clauses of the plan may protect the landlord more than the tenant, waiving rights & protection the law already allows me and charging extra for the privilege. Their competition do not have this requirement, and the plan clearly states it is not a replacement for insurance from a legitimately-licensed insurance company. However, the service and the center itself is top-notch and conveniently located near businesses for emergency needs, like tools or supplies or just a good cup of coffee. Check it out, and ask for the special first-time moving-in deals.

LOVE THIS PLACE! READ MY EXPERIENCE !!!!- I used to have a Public Storage unit but got tired of the rent hikes. There isnt many storage places in my immediate area and I need easy access to my stuff. US STORAGE was the next closest facility. I walked in the office and was welcomed by a very nice lady. I let her know that I was shopping around and still she answered all of my questions, brought me onsite to look at the the sizes available and was even able to quote me the prices they could offer. I thanked her and said I would let them know. Every other day for a week she called me to see if I had decided to go with them or somewhere else. Finally, I went in to get the unit. She had been on the property so she unlocked the door and the first thing she did was offer me a bottle of cold water. We went over the paperwork together, she explained everything thoroughly and I was able to ask questions as we went. When all was signed and done, she shook my hand and welcomed me to the US STORAGE site. I DEFINATELY RECOMMEND US STORAGE.

I shopped around town at 3-4 different storage companies and they were overly priced, dirty, smelly, and dusty and the units were on 3rd floors and very dark, and I did not feel safe at all. I chose US Storage because of the honest service that I received from them, and the fact that their units are easy to access, safe out in the open, and so clean, they dont smell musty, and the service is superior from any place else that I went!!!!! Accessing all the units are so easy and safe, NO PUSHING CARTS AND HAULING YOUR STUFF TO A DARK DINGY DUNGEON AT US STORAGE IN LA CRESCENTA !!!!. :) Plus, "Patti" at the US Storage service desk in La Crescenta does not hassle you for anything and you can tell that all she wants to know is that you are satisfied and happy. Well, I certainly am and I would highly recommend them to anyone needed to store their stuff!!!!. US Storage gets a five star "A" rating. Youd be crazy to go somewhere else. This place is the Rolls Royce of storage facilities. Try them....youll be very happy that you did.

We have used this facility for more than 10 years, and have always been happy with it. Its very clean, safe and well-managed, in a nice neighborhood on the border of La Crescenta and Tujunga. The front office is staffed by a friendly and helpful employee named Patty, who will go out of her way to make you have a good experience with your rental. The property is not open 24/7, so you have to pay attention to the hours. It is possible to get locked in at night if you stay too late! But it also means that no-one else is going to be able to drive in and out of there in the night and easily steal things, either. So it is a security plus. Theres also an on-site restroom available which is spotlessly clean.

Ive had a storage space here for over 2 years now and I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with this company. The staff was extremely helpful picking out which size space I needed and the best way to occupy said space. I usually pay my bills online, which eliminates a need to go into the office, but when I stop by to pick up or drop off items, the office personnel is always hospitable. I have no intention of going elsewhere nor closing out my storage space. I try to avoid going during either early morning (7-9am) and late afternoon (4-6pm) to not get stuck in the traffic on Lowell, but if youre making a right into the driveway, youre safe either way. Thanks for all the great years of service!

Never thought I would be reviewing a self storage facility but this one deserves one. Patty with a Y not an i gets most the credit with outstanding customer service that many other business owners could and should learn from. Attention to detail is not what you expect at a public storage. Most places sign you up and forget about you after they have your signature and your money. Always felt welcome and any concerns were immediately attended to with a smile. Second time I have used them and will definitely be returning when my inventory gets larger than I can handle on location.

From the very moment I called to enquire the Assistant Manager Patty really took me under her wing and explained everything to me step by step. She is so kind and really loves her job and it shows. The ENTIRE STORAGE FACILITY IS SPOTLESS. They offer a discount move in rate for the 1st month or 2, the hours are great. Its right of of the freeway. I can go on and on, but let me just finish up by saying you dont want to pass this location up. I have had many storage units in my day, and hands down this location and facility is the BEST!

What an awesome and refreshing change from my last storage place in Ventura area! First of all, I like how well they keep the place up... I mean its so clean you could almost eat off the floors!! Also, very well insulated and cool on the inside of storage areas! The staff are so efficient and always friendly and Patty is always willing to answer my many question. I consider this place to be my second home away from home... And I highly recommend it to anyone who likes a well kept storage unit with always friendly and professional staff!

For the last 10 pus years I have rented storage units all over the Los Angeles area and this is the only facility that I have ever wanted to refer to anyone. From my first experience of moving into my unit plus multiple visits I have never entered a facility that is so clean and crisp looking even the restroom. My personal experience that makes this one shine is I left a valuable item outside my unit only to discover it still there waiting for my return. I rate management above 5 stars.
