I was definitely fooled by all the positive reviews. The hours at this location are terrible and Ive never experienced worse customer service. I dont understand why you cant access your storage after 5:45pm during the week. After a very long move-in transferring my life from east coast to the west coast, the manager threatened to call the police on us (me plus moving crew) when we had just rented a second storage from them 30 minutes before because we told them all of our stuff couldnt fit in one storage. It was only after they processed payment that they said we couldnt continue moving on that day because they were closing. Also, they often have a problem with their online payment system not working but then charged us a late fee when they told us the payment didnt go through even though the system didnt notify us until 6 days later. The front desk says this happens often but wouldnt remove the late charge. We were told to contact the district manager who never returned our 3 phone calls. This has been such a hassle that Im really tempted to do this massive move all over again to a better storage facility.

My dad stores here and doesnt speak English so he asked me to do this review, We got a good impression of this facility starting with a friendly call from the manager Karolyn, she sounded so friendly over the phone and spoke Spanish which was great cause my dad was able to communicate with her perfectly without having me there. We went together to rent the unit and she greeted us and had a very big smile on her face to begin. She asked us what we were storing to make sure we got the right size and she determined that I had reserved a unit that was a bit too big for what my dad had so she suggested a different size that worked out great cause it helped save my dad money! The process was very smooth and the facility was very clean and I liked the security this property has. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a storage to come to this one and ask for Karolyn. Shes great !! Professional, welcoming and funny ! Loved her sense of humor !

Short Story: Amy makes everything as easy as possible. Long Story: Walked in and was immediately greeted by Amy. She made the entire process quick and easy. She also took the time to let other customers know she would get to them as soon as she finished taking care of me. The entire staff does their best to insure you have a good experience at this location. Amy also called to have the special promotion switched to my name which was one less hassle for me to worry about.

My Father in law had just passed we moved back to California and had lost hope in people! We came to public storage and met Carolyn and hope was restored! Not only where we treated like family but we also where given the best deal possible! As we are still apartment hunting we see the employees here often and are treated with respect beyond what is expected! Thank you Carolyn and the Manager Julie for your great service and kindness in our hard times!

I bought a large (2 semi loads) deal that was stored at this facility about a month ago. Could not have had a better experience with the facility. Julie and Jose were WAY above and beyond service oriented!! Not only were they extremely helpful but their attitude and customer service was top rate. I definitely would refer anyone of my friends or business associates to this location.

If youre planning to store your truck or car in this location, DONT!! I had my battery stolen from my truck a couple days ago and they never tried to help me to find out who did it. They need to install more cameras in the property. we also found out that this things happend there more often than you think. So if you dont want your property to get stolen dont park there

This location is Awesome! Julie and her team members delivered quality customer service-I really had a five star experience. It was close to closing, in fact, a minute shy from closing-but their awesome team worked together to quickly service me, so I could make a timely payment on my unit. Best Customer Serivce: ALL THE STAFF ARE A GREAT TEAM!!! They listens are helpful, yet it does get busy but, I look for consideration of my time, they stated in a timely manner that I would be taken care of in a moment or to, an it was done. I always come to this storage with my mom who rents here and the girls that work here Karolyn&Amy are always on point ! They are always nice and friendly and helped my mom out with her billing questions. I definitely recommend this place to Anyone that is looking for storage because of these girls! HORRIBLE!!! Went to my storage unit after a year and half of my stuff was stolen. When I asked the staff all they could say was "I dont know" The staff is very rude and clueless. The girls in the office dont know what they are talking about. HORRIBLE STAFF, HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!!!
