This a little on the late side but I have to tell you about manager Linda, and office staff Rocio. I know on one occasion I left items in the hall because I had an appointment with a lawyer for estate work. Upon my return hours later to clean up I apoligized for my mess. For I came from NC just to clean out my deceased cousins unit. I swept the hall and picked up other mess left. What ever I needed help with I got it. The last manager was never I mean never helpful. She even insisted on charging me a late fee at Christmas 2013. I have enough with estate work and then to deal with her. An employee under her named George was most helpful whenever I called and she let him go. If you can find George he is a good worker. Her statement was he wasnt doing his job right I do not agree. I have heard she left the company good. you have a great staff in property number 26422

I am a returning Public Storage customer to this location. It is clean, safe, secure and well lit. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. However, on this return visit Linda was a super star, going above and beyond to provide great service. I had reserved a unit on line which was larger than I needed, as pointed out to me by Linda in an effort to save me money. She went out of her way to make sure my storage needs were met at a price that fit my budget. She actually walked me to said unit and allowed me to measure the interior before making the contract. Thank you!

I love this storage place. Easy to find and not crowded. Jennifer, who assisted me with my space for rent is very professional, helpful and made my stressful move seemed not so stressful. The Storage is right off the 210 freeway, which made it easy to find. When I have any questions, I call Jennifer and shes always available to assist me with a kind and respectful attitude. I recommend this storage.

Linda took care of my Aunt like if she were family :-) She made sure that my aunt got the right discount for the amount of time she is planning to stay, made sure she picked the right size and gave helpful suggestions on how she could pack her stuff inside. As I entered the office I was greeted by Linda who asked if I need help. I had stopped in to get prices for a medium sided space for my work tools. Linda gave me a tour of the location and showed me a storage unit that would be great for my tools. The location was very clean and well maintained. I will be renting here in the near future.

Lynda was took care of me and gave me a wonderful rate on storage. Went to Burbank storage to get a quote and to my surprise their charges were extremely over priced!! I was very pleased with the customer service Lynda provided and she had lots of smiles to share with me. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Thank Lynda!

bathroom on site, reasonable gate hours, and best of all, Linda. Linda is very knowledgeable. She offered to walk the route to my storage unit when I lost my sunglasses on the day of my first visit. They were not found but the gesture was still much appreciated!

I needed a bigger locker. Linda helped me arrange it and then when I came into town Laura showed me the locker and helped me finish the paperwork and close out my old locker. Very professional and storage locker was clean and well lit which is a big deal for me!
