I highly recommend this location of Extra Space Storage. Main reason being the onsite Manager, Vicki. I have never used a storage facility before and she was super helpful, has an awesome attitude and is easy to work with through out the entire process! ...I recently lost my keys to my storage unit during my move and she immediately brought down my stress with ease and handled it (grinded the lock off herself!) with no problem at all. She is amazing! I also feel the location is very clean, safe for my belongings and never had any problems with accessibility.

Highly recommend this ExtraSpace Storage location! Ive been a customer for three years now and recently upgraded to a larger storage unit. Bernadette (store manager) was so awesome and helped me find a larger, open unit close to my previous location. Definitely made moving things over easier and convenient. Rates here are good and fair. The storage center is always clean, neat and very secure. If you are in the Burbank area and need a place to put that extra clutter, definitely give this location a call and theyll take good care of you.

I have been a long time customer and must say that I am extremely pleased with both the faculty (security, cleanliness, and accessibility) as I have been impressed and thankful for the facilitys administration and managers dedication to creating a comfortable environment to work in. From follow up and ease of accessibility to a pleasant demeanor the staff is simply terrific and if great added value. Hi there, this is my second time renting at extra space storage. Today was another great experience! I would highly recommend coming to the Burbank location. They are very friendly and always helpful. They are great at suggestion the right size of unit for my stuff. Thank you again for all your help Bernadette and Val. Clean and safe place. This has been a great place to store my stuff, I been here now for a year and 1/2 now and the service has been superior and the the ease of getting in and out when I need to get things out has been wonderful the hours of operation work for my schedule and Ive never encountered and problems. the only reason Ive given it 4 stars instead of 5 is that payments have increased 20% since I started renting from them.

The place was clean and easily accessible. We even got our first month free (only had to pay a small fee for processing). Today was the first time Ive ever visited this office. It was a joy to work with Val Orozco. He made the experience great. He greeted me with a smile, explained the storage unit, policies, and was very efficient and amiable. The facilities are extremely clean as well, which is rare at many storage places. Great, secure, safe, gated storage facility. Val was friendly, quick and was easy to start service. I have had no problems with accessing my storage unit. Prices are the cheapest compared to other surrounding facilities and the location beats others hands down. If you are in the market for a storage facility seriously consider Extra Space Storage.

Val Orozco was very polite and knowledgeable. I will strongly recommend Extra Space Storage to any family and friends. The facility is gated so your items are always safe and secure with specific gate codes for each customer so you can sleep easy that access is limited. I just moved into this location and its AWESOME!!! Vicki and Val are the best, always available to help out and very easy to work with. Location is great, super convenient and close to the 5 freeway and the Burbank Mall/Downtown area. Its tucked away in a quiet neighborhood area with plenty of street parking. Very happy with my move!
