So....I used to rent at this location when it was StoreQuest, and my experience there was horrible, so needless to say, I left. However, as time went on, I found myself needing a storage unit again, and I noticed that what once was StoreQuest had changed to Extra Space Storage. Because of the change in name, my wife and I decided to drop by and see if anything had actually changed with the way the place was managed. We spoke with the manager, Jim, and he kindly took us around and showed us a couple units, and shared with us all of the changes that had taken place since it had been taken over -- things like some of the updated/upgraded security features, tenant rule changes, as well as some of the upgrades to the facility itself. After visiting and speaking with Jim, we were more than satisfied that this was the place to rent our storage unit. The facility is super clean, super safe, and the management an staff are great and helpful people. I would definitely recommend this place over any other public storage places in town.

I was looking for a storage facility a few days ago and wasnt sure where to go. So i stopped at extra space storage and talked to Catarina who was there working in their office. She was unbelievable. She was working alone doing the job of at least 2 to 3 people. Yet she was so helpful in assisting me in finding what i needed in a storage unit. She went out of her way to make sure i found the right size storage for my belongings and that i felt comfortable with their facility. Catarina is a very remarkable person very helpful and friendly. I am impressed by how she does so much work there alone and with 4 people waiting behind me for her help she remained very patient and very friendly and pleasant with such good knowledge of what each persons needs were. Not only was she working so hard in the office she was also in charge of cleaning the facilty and the units to make them so impressibly clean. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Ive used this facility on and off for the past 3 1/2 years since moving to CA from MA. Ive worked in the moving industry for 13 years and know a quality facility when I see one which is why I continue to use and recommend Extra Space Storage in Sunland. We recently moved to a smaller rental house, again needing their services and the new store manager, Jim Perez, didnt disappoint. Great guy with a hands on approach. He is true to his word and goal of running a secure, clean and friendly facility. There are many other self-storage facilities that are closer to our home but this one is worth the extra 5-10 min drive. You cant beat the price, security, cleanliness and service. Thanks Jim for taking care of us and representing Extra Space as an exemplary employee.

Modern, amazingly pest free, in a good, quiet, small-town-like suburban neighborhood describes this storage site. The staff is understanding and helpful. It offers the most space for the least rent for any modern, high-quality, steel-and-concrete facility I have encountered, and I researched the alternatives for many miles around. It is reasonably freeway-close, and Foothill Blvd. traffic is always freely flowing. The gate hours are average or above average (6 AM - 9 PM). ¶ If you want modern, economical storage, I recommend you check StorQuest Sunland, even if it is a bit far for you. You may find that the advantages far outweigh the distance, as I did.

I moved in to a Storquest self storage unit yesterday. The manager Alma was very sweet and she watches out for her customers. She checked on us while we moved,and offered water. And she demonstrated how seriously concerned she is with everyones safety and security. About ten minutes after Alma left I realized I needed a larger unit, and they were closed the next day. I called the main number and they got in touch with Alma. She came back and made sure I got the size unit I needed. She went above and beyond and made sure my move went as smoothly as possible. I definitely recommend Storquest in Sunland and it is because of Alma.

My family & I love StorQuest because the facility is clean, nicely kept up, lighting is great, & knowing that the facility is being monitoring by CCTV is a important factor. All the staff members are very kind & are willing to go out of there way to help those in need. The staff members are always on hand to answer any & all questions. My family & I grateful knowing that our personal items are in a secured location. My family & I are now referring our friends & other family members to StorQuest. I am personally thanking all the staff members at StorQuest Sunland Ca for their kindness, their friendly personality. Thank you all.

Extra Space has been a more expensive experience than my previous storage- MINUS the EXPENSE, that is. I get the same storage for @ roughly, an equitable amount. However, the attitude and facility are not even similar. The guys at the last place were o.k., but the regional mgr. himself walked into my unit w/out notice, permission, nada- besides having holes in the wall, and an outer security gate that I often found open... this place is secure, and cleaner than a few hospitals Ive been in. Their attitude is professional, but I can shoot the breeze with them.

Extra Space storage is wonderful. Tony and Steve are the absolute best. Super friendly and affordable they helped with any and all questions I had. They assisted me when it came to possible late payments and making sure my things were OK. I recommended my grandma and she now rents with them. After 1 yr and a half my family and I finally have a place of our own. I am glad to be out of a storage but I know if I ever need it again I will definitely come back to Tony and Steve. Wow I dont leave reviews but my experience here was so wonderful that I want you to know if you are looking for storage, this is your place. Cleanest storage spaces Ive seen and good prices. I was very happy with the staff. Everyone there went out of their way to make sure We knew our business was appreciated. The free truck service was excellent. The driver was prompt, professional and friendly, he even brought us some bottled water since it was a warm day!! I recommend if you need storage, seriously, stop by and meet StorQuest in Sunland.

I have rented a unit from this location for over 4 years. All the representatives have been very communicative regarding property activity and changes. Every interaction has been a positive experience. Recently, I moved my storage items across the country. It was personally a difficult move, presented with a lot of challenges. Jim and Catarina helped me solve all my challenges, and went beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this location - it is clean, secure, and the representatives care about the property.

Jim, the manager, was friendly and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to help me when I ran into trouble (not the fault of the storage unit, but rather user error). While I waited in the heat for my movers to arrive, he offered me some cold water to drink. When he took over as manager, the air conditioning was out and there were other various problems with the facility. He immediately got busy and ordered everything fixed. I appreciated his dedication to having a well-run operation.
