I have been a customer for more then 10 years. I have had to adjust my space through the years, and Edith and George have always offered great recommendations in what would work for me and my family. Edith and George have always explain my options, and made sure I understood every rule and policy listed in my contract. We have mutual respect professionally and as neighbors. As far as Im concern, they are my neighbors, which Ive known for many years. I look forward in going into the office and making my payment and enjoy their great sense of humor. To me, thats great customer service and public relations. Bathroom not well maintain sometimes theres no toilet paper and no soap also theres roaches, theres trash outside the dumpster thats gross.
