Robert is wonderful. He has been taking care of my storage needs for years now. I trust him to keep this place in tip top shape at all times and knowing that my belongings are safe and sound while I cant have them with me is such a great feeling. I have had many a bad experience with storage as most people have. It has been a nightmare at times actually. Well this location of Public Storage and the wonderful staff should be considered the dream team as they have taken all the unnecessary drama and added stress out of the already hectic process that moving and storing your things can be. Especially now that Maria and Amber are on board,they are literally awesome Robert so good on ya for hiring them! YOU GUYS ARE DEFINITELY THE BEST! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!

I had a wonderful experience with this Public Storage. The staff was very helpful and informative. The deal I signed up with on line was exactly what I got. Eileen showed me a few different units and options before I had to choose one. Later in my rental I discussed the option of downsizing and Rob was very helpful explaining the selections, telling me I should book something on line, or the different change fees. There were no surprises. I felt the units and the faculty was clean. The only drawback was there were no trash dumpers to throw away old boxes; I would have even paid if given the option. Other than that it was great and delightful experience.

Very good Public Storage facility. Clean, safe, and great customer service. Didnt feel like I was getting ripped off or anything on the price and the sign-up and sign-out on the unit was really easy. Rob and Eileen were super helpful and friendly, even helped me move a few things! Highly recommend. It is near the airport which isnt bad but one side (opposite side of the fence) has all the cabbies hangin out on breaks and stuff which is a little annoying cause theyre so loud! But its not like youre living there so its not that big of a deal. Very secure place, fenced and wired all around.

There should be a better way to let customers know that their auto pay option has been deleted. I have always made my payments on time, and about two months ago I started getting reminders to make the payment. I did not think much of it, because I knew that I set up auto pay. Well, this month, July, I got a notice that my payment was late. I called the office and all they could tell me was that "somehow" it was not on auto pay and that they were not able to waive the late fee because I had already made the payment? Watch out for extra charges!

Awesome service Rob, thank you for a quick and easy rental process. You ROCK! Unfortunately my experience has not been as good as my day of enrollment. Ive had three different people tell me three different pieces of information concerning the bill and have incurred a late fee as such. Then told I would receive an additional fee on top of the late fee for the late fee. Absolutely absurd. Incredibly frustrated. Wont be doing business here any more.

She was knowledgeable, accommodating, pleasant and genuinely helpful to each of my needs. I was in an out quickly but I also felt like I had picked up all of the relevant information. Ive been having a rough day with work and moving. I came in to PS and they made everything so simple for me, all my questions were answered I felt relieved. Dayann showed me all the different size units that would work with everything I had, he knew everything about every unit & even helped me out with boxes. I love the hours of operation, I have access to my items almost round-the-clock. The buildings are very well taken care; have never had water damage and also have never seen pile-up of boxes or trash on the site. I have been a long-time customer of Public Storage and I feel safe having my belongings here. Thanks Robert for all your help!

I really cant thank Angel enough for making Public Storage so much easier and comfortable. By far, excellent customer service and such a great property to be in. Would highly recommend this place (especially if its Angel) to anybody that is looking for cheap prices around the Burbank Area.

Ive been storing at this place since 2010 and Ive never had a problem but one. The only problem Ive had is not meeting Angel at this facility before. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Couldnt of asked for a better place to store for so long. Thank you Angel and Public Storage for your business.
