I never write reviews because 99% of people that write them are maladjusted narcissists that enjoy the power of a one-sided fight. Why are negative reviews always 10 times longer than positive ones? Because the people who write them want their lives to matter, and the surest way to do that is to do your best to ruin a complete strangers life because your day may or may not have been slightly inconvenienced. That being said, Brian, Stephanie, and Robert are individually and together the greatest Public Storage staff ever to have existed. As far as I know, they are literally the only three people that work here, but together they have somehow managed to perfect storage in the public sector. Theres no trick or gimmick, its just the old-fashioned combination of clairvoyant predictions of customers needs, a computer-like reservoir of product knowledge, and work ethic. Bravo, Pubic Storage team 23042, bravo. As a customer, I am honestly satisfied with my experience. Thanks again, Wyatt

I tried reaching out to the regional manager tony because of a mistake on the companys part. They will tell you on the phone whatever you want to hear to get you to make a reservation. 2 seconds after signing everything, it turns out the unit wasnt climate controlled like I was told on the phone and at the unit. I asked them to cancel everything and just refund me but they said they couldnt. They have to get the regional manager to do it(tony). I was polite, I didnt flip out. I called tony and left a nice message. Its been 5 days and still I didnt hear anything. I figured they would call there manager and have this taken care of but it seemed they didnt want to. Its really not worth my time to keep calling and complaining so Im just going to ride out until the end of the month and cancel this unit and go else where. Im very disappointed with this place. Go elsewhere.

I have rented from Public Storage for both personal reasons (while transitioning to the East Coast) and for my pharmaceutical industry. I have been so pleased with customer service consistently at Public Storage that I have re-signed since 2008. That has been 5 years! What makes this place special to me is Stephanie, and her old counterpart in the Colorado location, Belinda (currently working on Lincoln in Pasadena). Two other outstanding employees are Robert and Brian. They go out of their way to make their customers happy. They are kind, professional, and exceptionally hard working. Today I had a UPS order of pharmaceutical samples and Stephanie helped me unload my samples to my unit and even helped me throw away the sample packaging in order to expedite the process. Wow!!! Exceptional team - they make my day every time I see them.

Beware, Beware, Beware! Apparently they have the right to raise the rent every 6 months at this facility because of the location that its in. I was not advised this at signing. Also if it was a 3-5% raise (YEARLY) I could understand as that is the norm on any rental property. However, here apparently they think its fair to raise it by 11% from $136 to $151 in a 6 month period. What they advised me was that its in allowance with fair market value of the property. I used to rent from a property in Whitter and they never raised the rent in 5 years, apparently in Pasadena the owners are money hungry for profits, as soon as I can I will be moving my things elsewhere. My business with this company is over.

I am a storage renter at the Pasadena Location located on Fair Oaks. When I signed up over a year ago Robert serviced me with the best customer service I had seen in a while. He was very professional, well knowledge and assisted me with my coupon. He provided options for what I was looking for that fit my budget. Now a year later I am still renting and at that looking for a small unit and Robert was there with his awesome service to make it easy for this transition. I wanted to acknowledge greatness and say Thank you for your awesome Customer Service.

Needed storage for short term as I was undecided whether to move out of state or find somewhere in LA/Pas. After I explained this to the sales guy he said that if I paid for a month I could get a pro-rated amount back for the time I did not use provided I have enough notice. Paid for a month ($279) was there for under two weeks they said I get $6 back. Im not a math genius or anything but it did not add up. BAD experience, pushy sales team would never use them again. Wasted money... I told them to keep their 6 bucks and walked out.

I really like all of the young men that work Public Storage. Mario, Raffi, and Brian are very helpful guys. Mario always help me with the roller carts, and I really appreciate his help because I am new at this storage thing. Raffi helped me today understand how my payments will be. I came at the last minute to get a storage unit and in a panic , and the salesperson Lisa helped me pick the right size I needed at am affordable cost. She made everything quick efficient and easy for me. Great job Lisa. Public Storage is clean and with the added security I feel my belongings will be in a safe place. Thanks. .. highly recommend

The first storage locker I looked at wasnt going to work, and Leslie and Ashley worked with me to get the space I needed, and to find it at the best price at this location. The level of service went above and beyond d to make sure I had what i needed! This is the best public storage Ive been to in years.

A very outgoing and customer friendly crew, Robert, Steph, and Brian make it easy to do business. Set up was seamless, facility is always maintained, and its easy to get in and out of the facility. If youre in the market for a storage location, pick this location because of the convenience parking, wide entrance, and staff.

Lisa & Leslie were very helpful from explaining the initial forms and getting the storage unit. People looking for storage should give them a call or stop by the facility. Ok...I was going to give them a bad review about the elevator not working but the problem was the city power was out for a two block area.

Love this place! Im a student who was moving her stuff into a unit just for the summer and Lisa and Ashley were a huge help when I lost my key to unit, and they made my move and everything so easy and were very helpful whenever I asked questions. Definitely recommend this place to store your stuff !!!
