Let me start off by saying that I have gotten a storage unit not only from this company, but also from the same location because of their exceptional customer service. They have always been very friendly and helpful. For instance, this time I was in a really hard situation so I called and spoke to Manny and explained my situation and he was very helpful and told me that when I went there the next day (to move out) I could just speak to his supervisor Maria and she would know what I had spoken about with him because he would make sure to leave a note on my account. Like I mentioned earlier, I was in a very hard situation where I had absolutely no help to move out and super last minute I was able to hire a couple of guys to help me. I was much later than expected and when I spoke to Maria she was so willing to go above and beyond and gave me a chance to move out. She was very understanding, willing and accesible to help which in turn made it possible for me to be able to have a successful move out given the circumstances. I cannot appreciate StorQuest and its helpful staff more! They are absolutely awesome. Every time I have had a need for a storage unit, I dont think about it twice, I always come back and I proudly tell my friends about it. I know that if I am treated in such a great manner, the rest of their clients must be treated the same. I will definitely come back to this location if I ever need extra storage space again. Thank you StoreQuest (on Hill St) and all of your staff. PS: when I first moved in, I didnt know what size would be adecuate for me and another staff member actually took me around and showed me different size units so I would have no doubt on what they actually looked like. That is great customer service from the start.

I have used several different storage facilities over the years. I used to consider them simply as a place just to place my "stuff" and hoped the unit they provided wasnt too dirty. That was my opinion of all storage facilities However, at StorQuest, I have found a surprisingly different and exceptionally pleasant experience. Before I even took a tour of the facility I was impressed with the sincerity and genuine care from Veronica. She understood customer service and was providing it long before I signed my lease agreement. That customer service and care did not end with her. I was very pleased to find it was also expressed with another staff member, Amber. These two ladies have been so gracious and wonderful, theyve made every visit to the facility an exceptionally pleasant experience. Whether I was coming to pay my fee, enter my unit, or simply a quick session on the computer; they have been consistent with their warmth, kindness and professionalism. Lastly, this facility on So. Hill St. is incredible. I have never seen one so CLEAN, user friendly and accessible. I actually enjoy spending time there. I would gladly recommend to any and everyone, if they are in need of a storage facility where they would be pleased and happy to store their possessions to head on over to 3707 South Hill Street, in Los Angeles. Theyll be more than glad to have done so!

I had visited StorQuest a year ago and a wonderful young lady whom is still there gave me excellent customer service. But the manager they brought in is terrible - has a nasty attitude is rude and disrespectful. And ever opportunity the lady came to provide me with excellent customer service - he would say she cant do that we cant do that and he even belittled me "you should have used common sense". He is the worst manager Ive experienced in a long time. And as soon as a find a place that can find has the quality of customer service that I like I will relocate to another storage facility. Im giving 3 stars for the pleasant and lovely lady that he demeans there who is an excellent worker and due to the rates they have for units at this time. Once I find a better location I will never return in the future especially if hes still managing this facility.

I would not usually rate a service I have not used. However, I have to give this business a "neutral" rating just to remark that, out of 11 people who reviewed it (all of them with 5 stars), 9 have only one review under their profile...yes, the review of StorQuest. Also interestingly, one of the other 2 reviewers does have 2 reviews in his/her profile: one for StorQuest in LA, and one for StorQuest in Glendale, Arizona. I dont want to be too cynical about this issue, but I would certainly guess that a person who would take the time to review a storage facility would also be likely to have reviewed other businesses, so I have to take all these reviews with a grain of salt. I am actually likely to do business with them soon, so I will be updating this review in the near future.

I have been renting units for years for my business, last storage i was for about 5-6 years but they sold it and i have to move unexpectedly, everywhere I went prices were competitive so for the average person that was not a problem but I was looking for convenience and i found it in StorQuest. Out of all the places Ive been this one is the best, i wouldnt move or change this place for nothing ( well... Unless someone can offer me a bigger space and lifetime free). Anyways.... Every person that works here is very professional. I would recommend anyone that has storage needs to common down and have a friendly advise from Snarty pants Maria or Shy Chris or Big Boss Martin.

I am giving a poor review because all of my possessions were stolen from my locker at this StorQuest location. I had over $1500 worth of belongings (furniture, tv, bikes, etc.) and StorQuest claims they are not liable for a single penny. They had mentioned that a total of 6 units were broken into and all of the items stolen at this location. I think this shows negligence in their security if 6 units can be broken into and cleaned out, especially when they are moving large furniture such as beds and couches. Overall, the facilities are nice, but it doesnt mean much when you pay $150/month and all of your stored items are gone at the end of it.

I tried several places before I came to StoreQuest and I find out amazing people that provides great service. The location and Facility is super clean and well kept. Veronica and Amber know how to treat their customers and suggest the perfect space for your needs. Not only do they keep their facility clean and organized but also they provided computers for customer to check their emails and and office space when you need to tlak business with your clients. I am very satisfied with this location. Thanks Veronica and Amber

This has been such a great move for me coming back from Alaska and was renting from EZ storage in Los Angeles CA, that facility was the worst ever. Coming to Storquest months prior the warmth and professionalism demonstrated reasons for my return. I now can say it was the wisest move they provided a truck to pick up and drop off my property. This location is safe and secure and I leave my valuables without any worries. The time of operation is also very convenient with my busy schedules.
