The staff is nice and helpful, however they tend to use bait and switch tactics for thier specials. I came in to rent a small unit they advertised for half off. Had I known the unit was actually half the size and an awkward shape that made storing anything more than 4 large boxes impossible. They should have disclosed that the unit was actually half the size of a small 5x5 unit. I really didnt get a deal, and they had the audacity to charge me a full months rent upfront at full price before giving me the half off rental fee special. Nevertheless I walked away. However from what I saw. It is a clean and well maintained facility. I just hate businesses who practice bait and switch. Wont be coming here as a result and be warned about any of the specials. There is always a catch and they are pretty bad.

Cant say enough good things about my experience here at Life Storage Torrance. For starters and most importantly the customer service is top notch making you feel as though they care as much about your belongings as if they were their own. Anna, Sasha and Ken are beyond helpful and are sure to greet you with a smile and set you up for success and convenience. Last but not least the facility is as nice as a storage facility you could possibly find. I feel very comfortable storing my belongs here!! Chad

I have been storing here for over 5 years. It is a well lit, clean and maintained facility. Of course, it is not perfect, but the manager Ana and associate manager Ken have always done their best to resolve these issues (as long as these are reasonable). They have always been helpful and professional, i highly recommend it.

Great storage spot if climate control needed. 1) Access hours are early and long. 2) Access location is way convenient compared to PS on 190th/Vermont. 3) Carts conveniently located and nearby the office for the key. One drawback is cost, but that does not concern me as employer pays storage costs (for now).

Extremely unfriendly place. No smiles no conversation just plain ole mean and unfriendly. Horrible environment. The lady here will never be pleasant and smile. Not even after hours unfriendly place.
