to all who are deciding whether to patronize a storage company but do not feel confident, let me set you at ease. i have been a patron of a1 storage for close to two years...i had a hard time keeping up with my bills, student loans, car payments, so i had to move back home as many people now a days... i had a bit of a hard time making my payments in the beginning but every time i had to make a late payment i cringed at the thought of having to deal with angry bill collectors but gerardo and gilbert have been nothing but cordial and professional. i have never felt pressured or scared to talk to these friendly representatives not to mention the great facilities which a1 provides. they are clean which was very important to me. the facility is modern and has easy access such as over-sized elevators or well lite staircases. they have carts to push bulky items and even provide a moving van that you need to sign up for which is available for any new customers (so long as no one is signed up for it...) i was able to move in one load so the free van came in handy; saved me lots of money and you know we all like to save money (well, everyone except my girlfriend...). i will conclude this brief message by saying my experience has been a good one...if you like well mannered employees, clean and accessible facilities, and reasonable rates...i highly recommend a1 storage.

Mother told me that if you dont have anything good to say, dont say anything at all. However, when something is horrible the instructions are different. The primary staff gentleman (word used extremely loosely), is unfriendly, ungrateful, rude, and fails at anything remotely to sound business practice. Harassing. Abusive. Threatening. Narcissistic. The second best thing is online management so that there is minimal interaction. Use facility at your own risk, but be prepared to get consistent periodic notices of rent increases. This is a business that does not support military and forces a member to waive rights for any military benefit. The cleaning staff do a good job cleaning. Recommend promoting cleaning staff to management in lieu of existing, primary front desk staff. The first best thing are the tenant neighbors who are friendly, helpful, and share being subjected to the pain of staff management. If it were just a building, Id give a high rating. However, a house is a home is based on who resides there. The person at the front door makes it hell and warrants a business to avoid if at all possible when service help is of focus.

I like the easy access and convinience of location. On Saturdays and Sundays its an amusement park, kids running around and garbage people leaving trash. Another thing to add is the rate increases every 6 months. This place is not worth the fees. the previous owners valued their clients unlike A1 storage Corp. And now add the all the break-ins from local thieves. With soo many cameras, no one ever gets arrested or even caught! Glad I left! By the way, I was there 3 yrs after the aquisition, and in those 3 yrs my rent went from $85 to $165 for a 5x5...

The facility is amazing !!! It has ample space and plenty of units to choose from. Three stories tall and fully equipped with proper security features to go along with that!!! This storage facility is the best one I have seen yet...and I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family. Ohhh and p.s.....they have 24 hour kiosks thats offer a way to pay for the units rent a unit and even pre-pay the unit for several months in advanced!!! NOW THATS WHAT I CALL EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE

first time here and stephenie hooked me up!! she was already clocked out and ready to go home .i came at the last minute and she was so nice enough to open the door let me in reboot the computers up and got me my unit. also helped me out on gettn hooked up on my 3 free boxes!! awesome!! Stephenie was so patient with me and nice just freakn awesome!! i recommend this place to the fullest. ..thnx stephenie!!!

Renting from A1 is an awesome experience Gerardo and Gilberto answer all my questions and the facility is awesome... I like that every time you go in you have to punch in your code made me feel safe to leave my stuff in there.... I recommended to anyone who needs a storage... Also there facility is open till 10pm so you dont have to be worry about moving stuff in or out in the hot sun....

I am a returning customer. I belive this is the 3rd or 4th time Ive rented a unit. I like how clean the facility is kept. Great access hours, from 6:00AM - 10:00AM 7/week. Also, the prices are reasonable. Great customer service from Gilbert. Very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place. I am a very happy customer. Thanks Gilbert for all your help. I certainly had a great experience (despite the fact that I lost my keys to the lock for my storage) she delivered great customer service & hospitality.

Ive rented with a1 for some time now. Gilbert is fantastic. Hes always looking out for me and al his tenants. Great prices secure facility. Ill ne the first to tell you incidents occur...but the staf here try very hart to maintain the safety of their customers belongings. Thanks for the god service!

the employers are very rude and they look like they dont know what there doing. the elevator never works it take for ever to come down and is an inconvenience to use the stairs. From one to ten I would rate it a 4 only because the gate works at-least.
