I cannot strongly enough express just what an out standing employee you have in Susan. She was always polite and professional. Even Iwhen facing an irate and unreasonable customer. She never lost her composure. She had an answer for every question and told me where to call and what to ask to help me. Susan was helpfully above what was required of her. She followed up and was more then prepared to help me find a solution, when I needed to end my contract and empty my storage. preventing me from having a bill I could not afford I used poor judgement. Putting my name on a storage contract for someone who couldnt find their id. When he didnt return with id within aday or two as agreed I contacted Susan. True to her word she contacted me remembering not to mention that it was about storage.(my husband was unaware of my signing a contract). As soon as the bill went unpaid. She went out of her way to do all she could to help me end the contract with out expense or damage to my credit. She among other things found some one to take over the storage and clean it out as well as pay me an amount that was equal to the storage fees I had paid. Making it easier to tell my husband what I had done . You have a very valuable company asset in Susan she is one in a million. She makes you company shine! Very sincerely Jeannie Henry

I was very satisfied with my experience here. Im a returning costumer. I had a unit here a few years back and was satisfied with their service. I looked them up on yelp recently because I need to rent a unit for a couple of months and was surprised to see they had bad reviews there. I decided to take a chance since they were offering a better deal than other places and wasnt disappointed. They were very nice and helpful even after I had to cancel my rental later on that day. My mom had gone and rented elsewhere without telling me so we had two storage units. I was embarrassed going back and asking them to cancel but they were very understanding and reimbursed me most of the money, except the one time fee, which I was okay with since it was our fault we had to cancel. Im not sure why they have bad reviews on yelp, but as I mentioned before I was very satisfied and would come back here.

I went in to get some pricing for a storage unit I will be needing for my small business. Jenni was extremely friendly and helpful in finding the best options to help us make a decision on how much space we will need long term and how each option will effect our budget over the next year. She answered every question with a smile and advised us to call if any questions came up. It was painless and I will be back in a week! Very pleasant experience!

Having been a past customer, it was refreshing to find, your standards have not lowered. Susan/Manager was professional, helpful and made the process effortless. On a more personal note, my daughter was killed in Oct 2014, my world has been turned upside down, had to move and store my stuff, Susan was compassionate, listen, and as I stated, made it very easy to set up my needs at the facility. I have been a customer of the Downey public storage for about 3 years. Susan, the manager at the Downey location has done an excellent job of managing the site. Its always clean and she is very professional when serving the patrons of public storage. I know rating is 5 star, but I would rate them 10 stars. Also, the other employees are excellent as well, especially Frannie.

We rented here based on the reviews this plsce has received. The service was great and jasmin was very helpful and informative about the whole process, since it was our first time renting. The location is close to home but most importantly very clean. the property manager susan is really nice. Im glad we came here to rent. Thanks jasmin and susan, you girls are awesome.

Sussan is a wonderfull person..you need help with just anything,shes there for you.One time I didnt lock my storage door propertly,I was gone on my bussines.She came along put one of her locks on my door,called me up to let me know what had happened.I got to tell, she takes care of her units as it was her own property.
