Juan and his staff are on point!! I drove all the way from Texas and somewhere along the line my reservation was lost (866 #) not Juan and his staff. I arrived and my reservation could not be found, Juan said no problem and me situated. He handled me plus multiple other customers that were attempting to pay the bills. He went out of his way to guide me, my 26ft moving truck, tow dolly and car into the facility and walked to my unit. He offered me moving dollies and a hand truck to unload my items. I thought he was the owner until he told me he was the manager. The owner better be taking care of this guy, he takes care of the place as if it were his! The price is right my stuff/life is secure and they monitor the place very well. I have no complaints. Sooo, go store your stuff here you wont regret it.

I have used other places and once they have you on the phone, they wont stop till you rent something even if doesnt meet your needs. Jim gave me the information and I liked what I heard but need to see it before saying yes, he gave me the name of the other people who would be in an when,he left detailed not so when I came in they where able to find by interest right away and Juan was on top of it, then there was the all star of the team Danielle who take as much time as needed to go over everything and make sure I had gotten answers to every question. I say they know how to take care of a customer and you leave feel like you are part of the Ready Storage family and they care about you and the keeping of you items safe. Charles

Ended up renting a storage here after doing a bit of shopping around. Went to a couple different places around the area before i came here. The staff working was very nice and accommodating to the many questions i had. I told them what i would be storing and they told me the sizes they had available and what would work best for me. The prices were very competitive to that of the previous places i visited. In the end i felt very comfortable with what they had to offer and decided to get a space.

From the very first time I called to the time I entered the door, the staff has been nothing but professional, kind and courteous. I was going to shop elsewhere for better prices but realized as I drove in and pulled up to the premises I felt pleased with the surrounding area, but walking in the front door was the impression that stood out the most; which was positive and welcoming. I picked this storage facility because the price was good and it was close to home. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. I had my things stored for a year on the second floor and there was no water leakage due to rain. I also had no problems with any vermin getting into my stuff. They have a service elevator and a cart available for use when moving things. The facility is very secure and making rent payments is extremely convenient.

This place is the least expensive per square foot in Long Beach. The hours 7 am to 7 pm is unmatched. Juan, the manager, works with you and he lives plenty of leeway. Neil, Antonio, Melisa, the friendly staff members, calls you by name so its hard not to like them. Their facility is well maintain, even the rest room is clean and fully stock. Great experience. I highly recommend it.

At first I was a little worried about location but no worries once I got there. Place is clean & secure, & away from all foot & car traffic. Great customer care. Antonio was really courteous, respectful & knew his stuff. I was in & out in no time. And after getting prices from other places around LB, Ready Storage gave me a way better deal on my unit.

Danielle, Juan, and AJ are the best! I am always greeted with exceptional customer service. I had a situation recently with the hasp on my unit not closing properly and was concerned about the safety of my belongings. I notified Juan and he immediately came out to fix my unit. Its nice to know that the manager is someone I can rely on.

The staff is always professional and polite. But, the when trying to make a payment it seems like the fees differ between the online amount posted on your account compared to when you walk in. If it wasnt for Juan the manager Id give a lower review based on all the fees.But he and Cynthia are always helpful.

Im completely new to the idea of using a storage unit. The gentlemen behind the desk took time with me and answered all my questions. They showed me how to access the gated entry, how to use the lock, and the trick to opening the unit. My unit is priced at a great rate for such a large space.

The place is a little compact but good enough to get a 14 uhaul truck inside. I wouldve given more points and my major gripe is that their only open till 7:00pm. thats it. Im just getting off of work and never make it on time. So I gotta go on Sat or Sun. At least stay open till 8 .......
