Ive only been a customer for a short while at the location at Artesia & Atlantic,but Cindy & Lavonne are amazing!There hasnt been a single time that Ive been in where they havent been smiling,laughing & generally making me feel welcome.They know my name without having to look it up,which ,to me,gives a very personal touch for any customer.If your company has the foresight to hire employees like these as a general practice,then I foresee great success & growth for your company!I think they deserve to be paid well for what they do as well as the person who had the insight to hire them! Great job!I look forward to continuing my patronage with you as long as I have the pleasure of being served by such amazing employees.

What I like the most is the treatment u.s. storage gives there customers ,and I also want to add something about Mrs LaVonne the manager at one of the u.s. storage facilitys, this woman is such a professional as well as a big hearted angel I recommend to anyone who happens to need a unit in the long beach area I strongly recommend anyone to this facility shes the best of the best Im thankful for people who are employed at business like us.storage great job LaVonne thank you so much you deserve any promotion that comes your way they just dont have enough people such as her in this world god bless you and your employees at u.s. storage in long beach ca. Ive been a tenant at this storage place for more years than I can recall. The manager and employees are always there to answer my questions and is kind enough to remind me when the rent is due whenever I stop in to say hi. This is honestly the nicest and cleanest storage place Ive been to. The manager and employees are always sincere, honest, and friendly. Some friends and family have used a competitor and their facilities were filthy. After some recommendations from me, my friends and family switched over to this facility and needless to say they were just as satisfied as I have always been. I sincerely and strongly recommend this storage to anyone who is interested.

Lavonne (Manager) & Cindy (Assistant Mgr.) are great to work with; very personable & professional! They BOTH assisted me with storage unit lock cutoffs and inventory, saving valuable time (especially since we had 20-plus units to do this month!). If I were to need a storage facility unit--anywhere in the South Bay area--I would give them my business, as they provide excellent customer service (I observed Lavonne having a momentary chat with a tenant who popped her head in the office door to greet her), and I wouldnt mind the longer drive to store my property here, as they seem to be very attentive to customer concerns/safety/security. Thanks, gals! :-)

By far one of the best storage centers that I have used and seen. Prices have increased recently, however when taken and compared to other places, this is still the cheapest. Access is great and well secured. I have been storing my stuff here for about three years now and havent seen a break in or vandalism. I spoke w/an employee who then confirmed w/me that they have never had a break in, which is wonderful considering the one down the street gets broken into all the time. They recently changed the doors to the storage units which are in my opinion twice as secure. Definitely a storage facility that beats the competition.

Cindy , at Your long Beach location, Made my experience such a wonderful easy to move into a storage which at times Can be difficult. but your coworker (Cindy was pleasant respectful polite and I highly recommend her given her five stars for her excellence in customer service excellent in processing your move-in excellence in performance excellence and a job well done whats again thank you for this opportunity to give me this chance to run at your location at your storage..that Cindy makes the diffrence!!!!!

Cindy was amazing.. Its like she could read my mind. Without me having to ask, she took alot of factors into consideration.Such as, I am a young woman moving alone, and she immediately offered me a unit closer to the entrance. She was absolutely great. Im known for being a very impatient person, but whenever there was a wait, Cindy communicated her process and stayed practically engaged with everyone while focusing her attention on the customer in from of her. Couldnt ask for better service.

I have been to many storage facilities and u.s storage is by far the best I have been too. Lavonne and Cindy are very professional and charming women. I have always enjoyed my experience here. The property is always very clean and I feel very safe storing my belongings here. And its all due to Lavonne and Cindys tireless efforts to keep this place in top notch shape. I give this location 5+ stars. If you need storage space this location is the first one u should consider.

After searching high and low I came across US Storage Centers and Cindy + Lavonne and I am so Thankful that i did. They were so helpful and understanding. My grandmother had just passed away and I had to store her things and I was so heartbroken and didnt know what I was going to do, but they knew just how to help me find the right size and somehow comforted me too. I will never go anywhere else and I would tell anyone who asks to go here too. 5+ stars

The facility is kept spotless and safe. The service of the manager, Lavonne, is absolutely beautiful!! One feels a sense of family when visiting this particular facility. If you need to store anything, or know of someone else who does, do yourself a huge favor..... Visit this place! See for yourself, just how much better this Storage Facility really is!! Youll be glad you did. (Obviously, theyve really impressed me; and thats not an easy task!!)

Best customer service ever, the ladies there (Lavonne & Cindy) are fantastic. I need a place to fit all my belonging they found the right size and price for me. the hours are great the property is all one level which is great. If you need storage must go there. they will help find the right size if you are not sure what to get! they are right off the 91 freeway off of Atlantic avenue by the 710 which is a hop off and there you are.

i love Us Storage,my husband James and i have been at this facility for over three years now and our experiance has been a wonderfull one. the two ladies at the office kindly remind me when our bill is due and go above and beyond to keep the facility clean and orderly i love this place, ive used it once before and will always come back when i need storage. if you are looking for storage i highly recomend cheking this place out!!!!

I have been renting a unit from USSC Long Beach for several years. I had to move into a smaller house and needed a place to put my belongings in the meantime. They have a manager who lives at the property (who has been there longer than I can remember) and an assistant manager who I believe always goes above and beyond to keep the place safe and secure. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a unit!

I LOVE MS Cindy and Lavonne, I have a couple of times I almost lost my storage and was in traffic and call and ask them to please to wait for me because I was 10mins away and they waited. For me, being that my sale date was the next day, they are very understanding and compassionate people, been a customer for 6 yrs. They always call me and let know my standings and Thank Them. I thank GOD for people like Cindy and Lavonne.
