Employees are rude and are absolutely NO help to anyone what so ever. The place is hottter than hell on the first floor so i cant imagine if you had a unit on the higher floors, u wud melt along with whatever you stored there. Its overpriced for how small the units are, dark creepy halls where you have to find thr light switch yourself plus the entrance is in a nasty alley where you have no security so lock your car and keep an eye on anything important to you. They have more rules than a catholic school in the 50s. Not to mention the fees upon fees of fees they slap on you for any little thing. I would never give my money to this establishment if it was the last place to store my stuff, be better off walking it around in a shopping cart.....no joke....

Do not under any circumstances store your stuff at this place. When we opened up our unit after one month of storage, we discovered mice droppings and pee all over everything. When we approached the management about this problem, they said they were aware of it, but there was only so much they could do. We contacted our insurance carrier and found out we could not file a claim. The management of this place should have disclosed the mice problem to potential renters. If you value your stuff, do not rent from this place!

This place is absolutely horrible!!!!! They are rude and do not give good customer service. In the middle of the application the guy snatched It up and said we need to have more discussion about this first. I called them with a few times to ask questions over the phone. he was extreamly short and snappy with me I dont recommend that anyone ever goes here or uses this buisness

Their rates are decent, but the facility isnt in the greatest location with the elevator being the most annoying part. You cant use the elevator without the assistance of the employees, which can dramatically increase your time spent here. It also doesnt help that they have a fee if you stay late.

Cool old place,lots of upgrades now, has a big ass safe in front office they leave open for all to see. Likr it was once a stronghold for Al Capone we somthing real vintage low key spot, price is right,no problems here ever, 7 floors,elevator ran by employees, manager runs a tight ship.

I purchased auction unit at this facility and due to people who work there that clearly do not do their job and answering phone calls no matter how many times you call I lost my $100 deposit. Very dissapointed with this experience and definitely not ever doing business here again. !!

Stay away! Although they have been given notice, account has been fully paid, unit emptied out, yet they still continued on charging for the next 3 months on an empty unit. Dilapidated old meat factory building, dirty floors, century old elevator.

So where to begin... just kidding. This place works great for what its for, storage. Super friendly staff and reasonable pricing. A huge variety of sizes. I believe Carmen was the one who helped me. Super fast, friendly and professional.

The elevator has been broken for a week and our unit is on the 7th floor, so we had to carry a refrigerator up 7 flights of stairs. Also they do not have a public restroom for the customers.

This may not be the cleanest storage place Ive dealt with so far, however their service is excellent and the staff is very friendly, courteous, and always willing to lend a hand if need be.
