This review is for Suzanne who as soon as I called about Public Storage rates of rental agreements was beyond courteous and helpful! As soon as I walked in the office, her wonderful attitude made me automatically feel welcomed.She was so nice and honest about the hisotry of the property. She walked me thru all the units and recommended a suitable size storage that would accomodate to my moving needs. Sure enough, the storage was of PERFECT size to meet my needs. I recently just moved all my belongings out of storage yesterday and had given two of my belonging to another unit neighbor who has left it outside. Today Suzanne had called my asking about these items. I expressed how I gave them to another person since he wanted to keep them. I was worried that they would charge me another $100 for having my items left on the premisis. NOPE Suzanne came to the rescue and got them out of there for me without being charged. Thank you Suzanne! I will be moving to the East Coast and will not be coming back but I hope this review will reach out to many potential movers who wants an invaluable experience!

My name is Dino and I have had a storage here since it opened. I am very happy with this facility. It is always clean and the staff is very friendly. I have never had a problem here. I have other family whom have storage units here too. I am so happy that Suzanne is still running this facility because she is very nice, kind and friendly. But above all she has always been very professional. My other sister has a unit in another facility one city away and she is leaving there because its dirty and does not feel safe. Some of the staff is very rude. If anybody wants to do business here you will not be disappointed! I highly recommend this Public Storage. Thank you, Maple Street facility :)

Today I finally emptied out my storage unit. When I went in to let the receptionist know, I was hoping to find Suzanne behind the desk, unfortunately she wasnt to be found. I told the receptionist that it was empty and she gave me my Vacate Receipt. I didnt realize I had been there that long (5 years). I never had problems with my unit, and any question I had I knew Suzanne would always give a straight forward response. She was always a delight to converse with, whether it was personal or work related, the conversation was always nice. For me to say the service was great, would be an understatement. Thank You Suzanne.

My name is Aurene.......I have to say from the time I arrived at PS in Montebello, the property manger was very helpful. She even encouraged me to get a smaller size unit but my husband refused. She was very polite, courteous, friendly and relaxed. She showed me 2 units while I was carrying my child. She waited patiently while we got on the elevator, that was very nice of her. Towards the end she gave me pointers of what not to do and how my journey here at Public Storage would be. Thank you you are truly awesome. Dont change

I would like to say. In all the years I have been renting. Miss Susan Flores has been great keeping it clean and great customer service. Being a Commissioner for the City of Commerce. I have recommend this storage to all in the city including family and friends. As long as Miss Flores is there. She has gone over board to help our residents!!! I had a very pleasant gentleman named Jose help me with my assistance he showed me the storage and I accepted the policy and he was very kind and generous and I think you should get a raise and I think storage shelf on location is very clean and very nice here I like it. Great customer service, I called to ask about pricing because I am moving back to Montebello by the end of the year. The manager Suzanne, gave me prices and advised me that prices and promos change daily. I was told they have moving supplies and boxes. Which is pretty cool, the manager was professional and polite I will be renting there soon. I recommend this place because I only called for prices and was given so much information by the manager. Great customer service

This is the second time that Ive chosen your Maple Ave. facility and Suzanne is the reason! Shes very professional, courtesy and above all very friendly which made me feel very comfortable. I might add that when shes not helping customers Ive always seen her inspecting and cleaning the facilities grounds. After calling a few places and speaking to different representatives I decided to go with this public storage because of Suzannes professionalism and customer service! Suzanne and another young man (didnt cat catch his name sorry) were extremely helpful! They helped me get a great deal on not only the storage unit but on packaging supplies as well! Im right around the corner from the south gate public storage, but the girl there gave me attitude the minute I walked in. So thank you guys at Montebello, it was worth the extra miles! She made my move in just wonderful this month I had reserved a 5x5 and walked out with a 10x10 .She was so nice to have walk me thru all the units .I walked out with a space big enough for my needs.
