I found out about this storage facility while doing a quick browse on the net. This facility was the first one to catch my eye. Its brand spanking new and everything looks up to date and modern with SUPER amazing access hours (until 9pm). So I just had to go on my merry way, waste a week of my time to drive all over town to look at other units within a 100 miles radius of downtown LA! Ridiculous! 15 visits to 15 other facilities and 2 weeks later, instead of trusting my gut I decided to waste my valuable time to drive all over the "world" to find the ideal space. Well, the ideal situation was exactly where I had found it the first time, in Alhambra. My business needed a HUGE amount of storage space. In fact, we were worried if we could manage to get everything stored at 1 facility instead of splitting it into two locals. Thats when I met Cleo. The spectacular manager of US Storage in Alhambra, who took good care of me as soon as I walked in the door. She figured out what I needed and managed to get me three (3) 10 x 30 units all on the same floor. Amazing! I wish we didnt have so much stuff but we do and we need it. Cleo is very friendly, has a great sense of humor and has been doing this business for 17 years. You think she knows what she is doing? LOL! Mengjie, assistant mgr, may seem like the quiet, retiring type but he is quite the opposite. I had some special requests and Mengjie managed to help me figure out a way around the problem (my problem). Btw, its pronounced "MONGIE",....if that helps at all. What won me over? Cleo Hours of Accessibility New facility Ease of access into the units As soon as you enter the hallways, you get great music! Bonus Super duper clean always Bathroom available after office closes its doors Closeness of these units to where I operate my biz Right off of the freeway, easy to locate Very very secure facility with a zillion cameras watching your every move Feels safe at night Lack of vagrants swarming about Wish I could just keep this a secret and keep this facility all to myself but that wouldnt be fair. So I just had to get on here and RAVE about it. Cuz, if you have seen what I have SEEN, youd be scared to go put your precious belongings anywhere else.

I rarely write reviews but I had to write this for us storage only because they were so wonderful and provided such exceptional customer service. The facility is very clean which was a must for us in choosing a place to store our things. They have carts you can use to move your items and if there arent any available, they will go out of their way to find one for you (thanks Mengjie!) They have 3 floors plus a basement of indoor storage units available and access to even the 3rd floor is very easy. And they have a moving truck you can borrow for free whenever its available. Their pricing is great and actually cheaper than others in the area and you get a newer and cleaner facility! Believe me, I checked around. And most important is their customer service is the best. I dealt with a few different employees because we had to switch our unit to a larger one and all of them were so helpful and wonderful to deal with. Mengjie, the assistant manager, was a very enthusiastic, hard working employee who knew his stuff about the facility and provided great advice on how to best store different items. And then theres the beautiful Cleo, the manager, who just loves what she does and it shows in her exceptional customer service. She was able to find us a larger unit very close to our existing one which made it so easy for us to move our items. Shes personable, knows what shes doing and does her best to make things easy for the customer. I would highly recommend us storage in Alhambra if youre looking for a storage facility. Its clean with friendly, knowledgeable employees and reasonable prices.

Today was my first time ever renting a storage unit and it could not have gone more smoothly. A few days ago when called around searching for an affordable unit that could fit everything from my studio apartment in it, I called U.S. Self Storage and the dude on the phone was more than helpful as he made sure I wouldnt be paying for a unit that was larger than I needed and even searched around nearby areas to ensure I was getting the best price. Once I arrived at the location, I was assisted by the manager, Cleo, who was super friendly, nice, and professional. She greatly exceeded my expectations when showing me the unit I reserved, helping me fill out the paper work, and simultaneously kept up a friendly conversation which made me feel at ease during the entire process. The facility was immaculate in appearance and cleanliness, the had ample equipment to help moved all of my heavy belongings, and the parking lot was extremely easy to get in and out of and had parking for days. Cleo was super awesome about letting me know all of the details about renting a storage unit which gave me peace of mind knowing there wasnt anything left uncovered. The whole process of showing me the unit and filling out the paper work took about 20 minutes at most, which is a plus for me because I dont like dragging things out longer than they need to be. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this location.

My experience here was great. Everything was met with high amounts of professionalism from an introductory to who they were to touring the property and answering all of my questions. I was put into a large space that I needed. The entire facility is brand new and kept clean. All workers are there for you if you need any help or have any questions during working hours. One employee in mind, Chleo was an extremely AMAZING help! She is the very best! When I first moved into US Storage she helped me find the right size room I need to fit all of my furniture. She was very thorough on how to get in and out of the room and how to enter the elevator (theres a specific way when entering the code). She also offered my a fantastic deal to help lower my payments. I had the option for a short term deal or long term, unfortunately stupid me, I did not take the long term offer since I didnt expect to stay there too long. I took the short term deal and like she said my rates was significantly lower than it should be. I REALLY wish i took the long term deal because I am still with them and dont plan on moving anytime soon. My rates were suppose to go up last month but Chleo, the GREAT person that she is was able to continue to leave it significantly lower than it should last month. Shes the best!!!!!!!!

I did some research before I went with US Storage. I called around got different rates, and spoke with the different ladies regarding their units. All of them gave me the same prices and feedback. You come in pay your unit and fill it up. BLABLABLA.. But, when I called US Storage, in Monterey Park I received a different Vib.. the kind voice on the other side of the phone who called herself Cleo.. told me that she had rates and units to fit within my storage needs. I was taken in by her friendly very helpful manor. I felt as if I was talking to someone who new I needed specific care. She invited me in to see the units, and review the rates, which were the best in town. Once we settled on a space she asked if I needed moving assistance, she gave me the name of the most reasonable moving company( Leos) the Best... and we moved in the next week. Upon arrival I was meet by Diego, a wonderful person who handled all my new unit needs, Cleo and Diego are the best on site, property management team you can ask for. I would recommend MPK US Storage to everyone I see how needs a space. they are New, Clean and friendly. This tops off a good moving experience.
