I went online to schedule an appointment to have a trailer hitch put on my car. The Uhaul employee informed me that they currently did not have the hitch I needed in stock, but would definitely have it by my appointment date a week and a half later. He assured me that they were getting a shipment of these hitches in because they were a very popular model and in high demand. I verified the cost and that no drilling or cutting would be necessary for the installation. They took a $50 deposit and scheduled my appointment. On the day of my appointment I loaded my bicycle into my car and drop my car off at 7:00am. Once I speak with the woman behind the counter she read me the list of charges which has now gone up $25. She informed me that the base rate for labor was one hour not 30 minutes which I was quoted. She also informed me that some of the holes may need to be enlarged. After an ineffective exchange with her I reluctantly left my car and road my bicycle to work. When I return at 4:00pm I see that no hitch had been installed on my car. Apparently the hitch had not arrived. The service person came out and explained that he had called me twice and intimated that he told me this in his messages.( I have both his messages saved and he never mentioned the hitch not being in stock.) He did inform me that one would be in the next day if I wanted to bring my car back. I had my money refunded and left. Uhaul’s dishonesty and lack of concern for their customers is inexcusable. A similar experience was had by the two customers before me as they dealt with misrepresentation in regards to their renting moving vehicles. I strongly urge you to find an alternate establishment to patronize.

1.5 HOUR LATE AND CHARGED A FULL 24HR. ARRIVED AT 6:20 TO FIND NO PLACE TO PARK THE TRAILER BECAUSE IT WAS TAKEN UP BY A 25FT TRUCK. MANAGER WAS NO HELP AS HE ENTERED THE COMPUTER THAT I RETURNED IT AT 1PM THE FOLLOWING DAY! INSTEAD OF THE PREVIOUS NIGHT. SO OF COURSE THE COMPUTER THINKS I HAD THE TRAILER FOR TWO DAYS!! LEARN HOW TO DO YOUR JOB BOZO AND TRY AND RETAIN YOUR LONG TERM CUSTOMERS. HIS RESPONSE WAS , " I WILL MEET HALF WAY AND CHARGE YOU HALF."..NEVER AGAIN....

Everytime I have needed a moving truck U haul of Pasedena on Raymond St has come thru for me. They are the go to stop when you need to move and move fast. When others are closed they are open. When others dont have the truck you need they have a large inventory. When others are telling you NO they are trying their best to meet your needs. Oh ya I know something THEY WONT DO, they wont sell you something you dont need. Thanks guys see ya next month.

I only go back to this place because they have propane and are open longer hours than most, but this is the slowest working, poorest attitude group of employees I have experienced outside of K-Mart and Sears. These might be the people that got let go from K-Mart and Sears. Expect the worst and you still might be disappointed. The rating scale needs to allow "zero" stars Eric

Uhaul is horrible they charged me more than double and couldnt even explain why. They charged me $25 cleaning fee even though I returned the damn track in cleaner condition than I received. They charged me for 18 blankets even though Ive got a dozen, they promised the manager will contact to explain charges nothing happened. Stay away!!!!!

I called them to schedule a hitch installation and specifically asked if they have a Curt hitch, which is recommended for my vehicle. They said yes, but when my wife took the van in, surprise! No Curt hitch, some other brand. No thanks. Please dont make things up on the phone to make a sale, and dont waste peoples time.

This place gets busy but the owner and staff dont forget about you. I came for the propane gas refill. Sept 2, 2017 propane was $3.99/gal. Filled my gas grill tank and it cost about a $1 less than the swap out tanks. And, my propane tank was completely full.

No parking if you have storage here. This is the least convenient storage rental place to unload and load your belongings into your unit. All the customer parking places are taken by uhaul rentals. Choose someplace else.

The storage is infested with bed bugs!! I stored my new, expensive furniture here for a month and ended up getting it back with bedbugs. Disgusting.

if u go in for propane make sure yr tank is empty. they emptied 1/4 tank I brought w/ me & then charged for a full tank
