I have two other storage units with another well known storage facility but they are located in another part of town that is hard for me to get to quickly so I decided to look for something in my neighborhood. I did research in re. to pricing, location and etc. and came across Saf Keep. I have passed it many a times driving down San Fernando Blvd. For me, though their prices were a bit more than the other storage places I was looking at I went with them because of location but then after visiting the facility I knew they were worth the few extra dollars. The facility is super clean, the staff is super helpful (Beatriz and I think Judy?) and I like the extra things that my other facility doesnt have - alarm on unit, drive up security gate (I dont have to get out of my darn car to input my code!), and again, cleanliness. The other thing I that I liked was that you can use their moving truck which I plan on doing ... Going to get a larger unit and move my stuff from the other place to Saf Keep! PS the other thing they offer is donating any unwanted goods at the facility to be donated to charity. I have not used this service either but plan to in the future!

I have used Saf Keep Storage on and off for years, as needed. This time I needed something longer term, and was accommodated immediately. They showed me two or three options, and I chose one. Placed it on hold for a few days to make sure this was the right one for me, and they happily held it for me while I made the final decision. I moved my items into a clean, secure, and climate controlled unit easily accessible from the elevator. They have plenty of dollies at your disposal, even if you do not see them in front of the office. By request, they will open the arsenal of additional dollies for you to use, and always with a professional demeanor. There are a lot of storage companies to go with, but I like the professionalism, the competitive pricing and the convenience of Saf Keep. I will continue to refer them to friends and family in the future.

I have had a good experience with Saf Keep. Location is convenient, they have a moving truck available, and the people are very polite. I was a little surprised that after eight months, they are raising my rent by 10% "as per my rental agreement". As this is my first time renting a storage unit, I was more focused on the short term discount than the clause "The amount of the rental may be adjusted by Owner at any time." I wont be taking my business elsewhere, as this appears to be fairly commonplace, but it does make the difference between four and five stars.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful not only when I called to inquire about prices, but when I was at the storage facility completing the paperwork. I didnt use any of the services provided since I had numerous family members help, however, the biggest deciding factor for us was the fact that we can access our storage unit until almost 8 pm, unlike every other facility, which only allows access until 4 or 6 pm. Great staff and very knowledgeable and helpful! Will definitely recommend and continue storing my items here until no longer needed.

I picked Saf Keep Storage after touring 3 storage places in the area. I have had an absolutely fantastic experience with Saf Keep Storage. The staff is extremely friendly, professional, responsive and helpful. The facility is clean and secured. I feel very safe every time I visit. My unit is reasonably priced and it includes an alarm, sprinkler and light. I also enjoy the use of the dolly for transporting things. Further, their hours (front desk and for storage access) are great.

everyone was smiling and courteous. can you ask more of that from people? they helped me find the right size unit and made sure i was easily accessible. I wanted a first floor but they werent available... i got a unit right across from the elevator and i dont have to travel a maze, i simply enter an entrance, walk 15 steps, take an elevator and there is my unit. i didnt ask for this kind of service... this is just what they do. i highly recommend this place!

I really like this place. The free moving truck was AMAZING and came in clutch when it came to saving money. You know how moving can thin the wallet out. The employees helped me with all of my things (that free 30 minutes of help is also AMAZING) and I felt very comfortable with the key code gate keeping my things safe. I would definitely recommend Saf Keep!
